Speaker whine with RPM's
TCAS replied to Frostedflakejake's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
It acts as a shield for interference. If it was hooked up at both ends it would just be a ground. Its typically used in situations like this. -

try a rca with a drain wire. you can make these your self. you want to have a 3 conductor wire 20 gauge, and you take the neg and drain wire and connect them together on 1 side of the rca. usually the source side, and the other wire is positive obviously. then run to back to amp, but on that side, you do not use the drain wire, you would want to cut that off so it wont be able to make contact with the ground conductor on the rca. the drain wire is uninsulated so its easy to identify. or if you have a 4 conductor wire, just leave 1 out unhooked. -
Crescendo bc2000 tuning help

it wont be in the same place as everyone else. it all depends on how much your cars electrical can push out. for a generalized example, if you were at 12v it would take more gain to reach desired wattage, but if you were at 14v it wont need to be taken up as much. -
i was in the same boat.. was shopping for sundowns, and ended up picking up a xcon. good SEO.

This is a good trick for Michigan, I use to live in Detroit where they would make you scrape it off on the side of the road. I have always rolled all 4 of my windows down when I get pulled over. I had some cops ask me why I did it and they would be like you hiding the illegal tint? I would always tell them that i rolled them down to make them feel safer. I was always thanked for doing so and got off easy from a lot of tickets and they really only enforce the tint due to their safety when they approach the car. I do the same thing here in Las Vegas and still have my 5% all around even with a windshield tint that is totally illegal. I swear a lil respect goes a long way with a lot of cops.

I don't know too much about this car but what about a coil over setup for the rear? May be better as you can have more spring rate and better dampening for the extra weight.

I know with the recent 2 year ordeal, I cant blame the guy for wanting his money back. and every company is not perfect. but yet, in my case, when its time that I upgrade my alt, dc is the only place that offers a good alt for my car. That Ive been able to find anyways.
