sounds easy, but the metal on a geo metro is about as thin as it gets, very difficult to weld to without blowing through. doable but, with the welder we borrowed not even a friend of ours (went to school for welding) could do it. Im looking into some type of panel epoxy type stuff, and doing a few layers to the outside of the car. ah ok. ya i should of thought about how thin the roof was... my civic's roof is pretty thin... but not as thin as a geo lol crazy numbers bro... shit looks insane i wish i could hear it

yes put a bigger batt in the back, dont even worry about your front battery... get a xs D3100 for the back and i think you'd be fine with the stock alternator... but it wouldnt hurt to upgrade
