Looking into an Arduino powered controller for the egg. Will have internet capabilities and estimated cost is no more than $150

I looked for the same thing for my tablet/phone. Make sure your version of Android supports it. I ended up with a Bluetooth module and split it into 2 RCAs. I am EXTREMELY impressed by the sound quality. Easily better than the headphone jack.

Oh no, far from it. I simply don't care for the stupid ass penny pinching measures the OEM's are using. The EGR system recirculates a portion of an engine's exhaust gas back to the engine cylinders to reduce NOx emissions. Adding the exhaust gases in a diesel enigne reduces the specific heat ratio of the combustion gases in the power stroke, which reduces the amount of power that can be extracted by the piston. It also tends to reduce the amount of fuel burned in the power stroke, resulting in incomplete combustion, which increases soot. Soot, the black smoke coming out of the tailpipe, is that partially burnt fuel. That's literally money shooting out the damn tailpipe; you're burning money! Now what?! That's where the DPF comes in. All it does is filter the soot so it doesn't shoot out the tailpipe. Over time it clogs up, restricting exhaust flow, robbing more power. Then it uses yet again more fuel to burn the built up partially burned fuel (soot) in the DPF during the regen cycle. BRILLIANT! My professor works on the exact same issues. There is an option of multiple pulse injection and yes there are ALWAYS trade offs. There is a NOx/CO curve with particular regimes that result in high soot based on combustion temperature. I'll try to pull up their papers. You can Google Timothy Jacobs, Bryan Knight and Josh Bittle and probably find some of their papers. All that to really say that their "band-aid" is true, but not from a lack of effort. Its also true that it hurts efficiency and power in most cases but again, trade offs. It is either from any alternative being way too expensive or the technology is not available.

Decided to go the cheap route on my multi room audio. Running an RCA splitter from the TV. One goes to 3.5mm input to the T-amp, the other goes into the Adcom preamp. The Adcom powers the BIBs and the T-Amp powers the in walls in the bathroom and dining room/kitchen. Done for now. Also have an "HTPC" now. Running the work laptop to the TV to run Hulu Plus and ESPN 3. Ballin on a budget!

The router has been great since I went to DDWRT. Wayyyy better signal

OoooOoo What kind of graphs???

Do you really need to be able to roll down your windows? Gotta be able to holla at bitches, yo And get some nuggets from Mccy Ds!
-
Oh, I also was having troubles with the router. Just randomly started loosing wifi but not LAN. About 6 restarts in one day and I was done.

Why did you switch to DD? Was there a problem or were you just wanting to boost things? Try tomato, DD is kind of pro networking level. Sometimes you can tweek it to suck. I'm sure your smart enough to learn it but is it worth the time? Probably not. The only reason I have ever used DDWRT over Tomato is that I always found better instructions and felt more comfortable that the firmware I was installing was correct. All I have ever done though is setup up your basic WPA2 boost the TX Power a bit and use it to monitor data usage

Not for ROM/ root but for programming once you have it.

And if you don't already know about it, Tasker is your friend.

Hard to screw up on a nexus device.

Can't see it, what is it?

Eff you and start spilling the beans. I have the processing in my H701 *doesnt care if its explained later, still bitching right now*

By far the best overall and all around, but it is nice to have a little darker ones at times. I kind of hope they are good enough. I think the world cups are my style. I really want to get some, but damn that's some coin for a guy who loses stuff. I did put my Nike glasses on some chums and I have yet to lose them *knock on wood*

So I'm trying to catch up in the H0P but Sean have you ever looked into DDWRT for your router? The router started giving me a lot of grief today so I went ahead and tried it out. One thing I noticed when I booted it up is it said my TX Power was 17 when default is normally 71. I tuned it up and noticed better gains with a wifi analyzer app on my phone. Figured its worth a shot. It's stupid simple to do.

Don't spend your money on student loans. Just volunteer for a few years and your loans are paid off. Seriously.Pluss you need a BenzitoVolunteer? There's a few internships I've been looking at over summers, and for a PhD it looks like I could find funding from TA, research, fellowship, but for my BS or masters route I figured it was pretty much all coming out of pocket. Then again I don't know that much about the financials of college. ya thats pretty much correct, i haven't heard of anyone getting a masters for free but phd's in the sciences are (and if it isn't, don't go there). i'll be applying for schools this fall/winterMy cousin got her Masters for nothing, and is doing the same for her Phd. She got her Bachelors at the U of A and then got into a job in admissions. She pays some crazy amount like $20 per credit hour, and she just received 10k from some sort of grant that she doesn't need to pay back. Rare for the masters degree to be free. your cousin must be pretty fucking smart. Typically a phd student receives free tuition and a stipends of roughly 20k a year. maybe less for a TA or more for a RA. then you have the grants and other shit. My friend's gf did her masters in Industrial Engineering at PSU but had to pay full tuition. I think she tutored for a little more than minimum wage. However, she got a job before graduating and now makes some pretty serious bank.Getting a Masters is somewhat irrelevant, either go all the way or don't bother. Was perfect for me. Allowed me to wait out the bad times. (I made enough with my RA to pay tuition and live). I got a taste of the acedemic world, but wasn't a fan of the university part of it. Also gave me a leg up on my job.

Explain! What was missing from the stock commands?

Ironically my weather guard did as well! Kind of pissed...

I love spreading the knowledge though!

A good friend of mine is getting into audio... Holy moly n00b questions.

I found it pretty not exciting and 25k more. At $30k I am in 2006 m5 teritory with 50k miles. I worry about the tranny though. Did I ever mention I drove an 06 M5? Mmmm sooo smooth.

For the record Sean, I decided the easiest way to get the audio to turn of is just to remember. Going to skimp on the relay for now, so need to check it out on your system.
