Had to share my pain. Good thing about people that do that is I get there hand me downs (normally for free) and get years of use out of them. My current laptop is a freebie.

buy a $1300 pc and make the Mac feel like a paperweight Your statement doesn't make sense. Why buy a $1300 Windows PC when you can buy a $400 one?
-
Have to vent.... Buys a $400 Windows All in One (won't pay a penny more) ... I always hated it, it was slow and blah blah blah Buys $1300 Mac ... It's great and fast and just works!
-
Also, if you end up getting tires elsewhere you can pay $80 for lifetime rotate and balance on the tires. At least that was the cost 3 years ago when I did it.
-
I live a far cry away from discount but I still buy tires there if possible. The cost to freaking rotate and balance is outrageous IMO for any place you drop $1000+ on tires.

Pics or STFU

Nowhere close to Tire Rack, unless you're factoring in shipping.Except for Discount will price match anything and I'm sure Tire Rack will as well.Which effectively makes them the same.

Seriously??? Go back 2 pages and look for yourself...

I actually think I have developed a blood sugar problem, thinking that may be what is wrong with my feet.I can hardly walk in the morning until I get moving around. As long as I am moving they don't hurt that bad until I sit down then they throb. The longer I am off them the more they hurt it has gotten to be a fucking nightmare. I have always been able to deal with pain for the most part.Strong ass pain killers I have been taking will take the edge off but does no good "roxy 30's".and my lower legs itch like crazy for no reason I am constantly scratching till I bleed and they go numb at night while I sleep it will wake me up,I was complaining about this a while back if you remember.idk That is one reason why I have throtteled back my drinking but it seems to be making no difference yet. Get some blood work done, or at the very least check your fasting blood sugar level. I have a bio screening for my insurance coming up.last year for my bio screening after fasting my blood sugar was at 41 and I cheated drinking a quart of chocolate milk,I did not know I could not drink anything I was starving plus I was on antibiotics at the time so I wanted to put something in my stomach. They brung me back in to recheck the next morning after I ate a good meal and it was fine idk. They told you not to eat. The whole point is to not consume any calories. Really it's don't have anything other than water as anything other than water changes your system. If you are still on medication you might want to check to see if you should take any of that while fasting. getting blood work done is REALLY important IMO. There are so many things they can find out that may not even be bothering you at the time.

The filters are different than paper so you end up with a different taste, but other than that there's nothing really special about them. I just liked the simplicity and look. Yeah, they do look awesome. I was going to say that it's not like the Aeropress is any more than a glorified french press though it does have a much easier clean up. May have to grab a Chemex in the future when I have guest over more often.

What's so special about the Chemex again? It looks sweet but a lot like a normal drip brew

Put some fins on that!

Writing some quick "cupping notes" here so I'll remember later. HM measured the water from my Mr. Coffee at 175°F (79°C). Left the thermister in and the temp dropp to 172°F. I expected ti to rise on the hot plate. Heat loss could have been from opening lid to put in thermsiter. My normal amount of coffee I grind is ~18 grams. The Crema from the Mr. Coffee water is less than the Kuerig water at work. I assume the Keurig gets to a higher temp. IIRC my parents adustable one went from 188° to 192°F, Not sure if you can trust it though. Need to spend some time comparing brewing methods and see what yield the best result. Need to take the HM to work to measure Keurig water temp (Maybe use infrared thermometer for ease of use) mmmmm Coffee.

So my first season (may have been first game) over 2 years ago now, I didn't get my hand out of the way of a ball fast enough and it tweaked my wrist. My wrist still isn't back to %100. Yesterday lifting it was all of a sudden, Boom, pain.

First fall soccer game in 1 hour 18 minutes! Getting my big purple sock on with my shin guards and I'm ready to kick the shit out of some stuff! Who knows, I may even kick the ball today.

Just found out that the Heatermeter supports Push bullet support with end to end encryption if i so desired. Will be MUCH nicer than relying on SMS/Email alerts.

What do you use it for? I thought I remember you saying death to hamburger and all those who use it. Probably not exact wording but it was implied.
-
How big of a deep freezer do you have??? And off to brew some coffee from some beans I roasted last night (and a bit left from Sunday's roast)

I love me some Phineas and Ferb. Wish it was around when I was a kid.

I love the Beef Stroganoff kit.It is one of my favorite for a easy dish. And one of the very few pasta&meat dishes I will eat. You shouldn't eat that... I shouldn't eat what I had tonight, but it is easy.
-
So should the oil be put directly on the meat or should the pan only be warmed to the oils smoke point?
-
Just browning some ground beef for "hamburger helper" meal.

Had a bit of an issue tonight cooking on the outdoor gas "stove". put some olive oil in the SUPER hot pan turned around and FLAMEZZZZ!!!! What can I fix for next time? I grabbed the cast iron and turned the middle burner up and the outside burners down and didn't have a problem. Did the flames really lick up over or could it have been something on the side catch and go into the pan orrr did I pour a little oil over the edge (I really don't think so)...
