Any delicious caffeine drink I can get in powder form/cheap? I'm looking for something to take before workouts. I was considering getting a "pre-workout" but I don't need creatine (get elsewhere), BCAAs (may get for fasted workouts ONLY), etc... Beta-Alanine may be useful, but only in the multi-digit rep range which I don't do. The rest of the other supps out there don't really seem to do much to make it worth the money. I used to take C4 and I loved the "pump", but again, not sure it made anymore than a mindset difference. Anyways. Looking for something that taste good with caffeine to help me through the rough days.

You could always get a bottle of Garrison Brothers. Not Pappy but it's a good bourbon.

Scored in our first soccer game. Pretty much means the season is a success. Also noticed my gym time didn't make me Huff and puff less but I was able to give it more and I don't feel sore today. Need to hit the gym today.

#2 doesn't mean what you think it means. It actual means, "I'm Oklahoman" and they know if they give them anything hotter than that they will probably die. They'll still say #2 is really spicy.

So I actually have an audio question. I wall speakers wired in other rooms (2xDining 2x Bath 2xBed 4xLiving room) Back in the day I wired my Pioneer Elite to some of the speakers including the rear living room speakers. Turn out they were wired in parallel so I was only driving it from one terminal the other went to nothing, and it fried the entire amp. Very sad day, and I actually just through that receiver away not to long ago Okay moving on from that. I fixed that wiring and got a cheap Yamaha receiver for free. I wired one speaker in each of the bed bath and living and everything was great, then that amp died after a little while.... I've been wiring one of the bathroom speakers to my Adcom so the W can listen to music when she showers and there has been no problems. So Last night I pulled out the Dayton DTA-1 and wired it to the bathroom and bedroom speaker and all played well. Then I heard some funny noises from the bedroom speaker so I pulled the wires to it and just played into the bathroom. Then the after 5 minutes the bathroom speaker started messing up so I shut the little amp down. I haen't had time to test if I blew the amp, yet. Is there anything I should check on the speakers or wiring? IIRC they are 4 ohm speakers (at least the ones in the back of the living room are). The Bedroom speaker has a volume knob that is sometimes a little finnicky, the bed room does not have a volume knob.

Why are car audio amps always dirt cheap compared to home amps?

We have big dogs that will destroy fescue but we don't plan on being here much longer and fescue will look great quickly. Fescue is also quite a bit cheaper. Bermuda isnt possible in one area because of the shade.

Whoop for yard work! We are looking at getting sod for the back yard. Looks like my options are fescue and zoysia. Any recommendations?

Sucks because it sounded like the kind of place I'd like. I hate fusion places and that's 90% of what is in the areas I frequent.

My Spring Break vacation ended up being great for my lifting. My Mom-in-law gave me her pass to her gym so I hit it up every other day and lifted hard. There is plenty of good food available to keep the muscles fueled so it was a win win. Probably gained some pounds, but nothing that won't be easily worked off when I get back.

300 on what? I consulted a multi rep max chart and I should now be in the 700 club! I based everything on a 5 rep "max" even though I do 5 sets of 5 for everything but DL. Doing 2 plates on squats now. Can't wait to be doing 2 plates on Bench

I probably shouldn't do it as it's going to frustrate me. I basically have to pick between the lesser of evils.
