Now with this 02 Z71 I started at 13.5 and have worked my way up every fill up (the previous owner was a soon to retire man so I think I've blown some soot out )

Keeping up with 15's are far as true SQ is concerned is, of course, impossible, but you could definitely lose some of the muddy sound and get much much better sound out of a lot of things. I run DLS R6A's and they have been a great set of speakers for me. It worked great for what I normally listened to and for heavy rap with my ported L7. You will definitely need to amp what ever speakers you choice. The speakers you choice will depend heavily on what you listen to (rap), how far you are willing to go (simple passive 6.5"s, to 2 way active), and most importantly, how much you are willing to spend.

Sundownz will not hide any information from you just to make a sale and has been offering awesome improvements on his lines (much improved heatsinks) for no increase in price IIRC They are the only company that I have seen that has ever offered warranty down to .5ohms on there big amps(they had to drop the coverage because of problems with warranty claims because of bad installs) but the fact that they would ever offer it it pretty awesome to me. To sum it up Sundown is a great company

We lost money on a bunch of the MAW-15 and MLI orders because of shipping getting so expensive. Wow that sucks. The quote just ended up being less than the actual shipping costs? The thing for me though is what I bought for 88 cents my buddy almost got charged 10 dollars for at an audio shop
