TMAX's girlfriend and her roommate lock the deadbolt EVERY TIME they enter and exit their room. No matter what time of day. *weird part* the bottom lock on the door automatically locks when you close it! So the door is already locks no matter what, you can't help that, but they deadbolt it for good measure... pure madness i tell u! but i must add sometimes when im here on the weekend and by myself i lock the deadbolt sometimes but very rarely Considering how well our bottom handle "locked" last year, I could understand that. lmao

Going to have to try milk with the protein. I have ON Vanilla Ice Cream and the taste is no where near as good as my friends stuff (can't remember the name at the moment) though it is plenty easy to drink. Seems the less water I mix the better it taste and still mixes very well with little amounts of water

Ephedra based pills are actually the only pills that really showed that they worked IMO I was recently talking to a co-worker about losing weight. He told me a few years ago he was taking Metabolife (ephedra based) and was very skeptical of it at first but really did notice a suppressed appetite. Soon after that Ephedra was banned but my co-worker kept taking it (the now non-ephedra based supplement) and said that he immediately noticed that the non-ephedra based pills had no effectiveness compared to the ephedra based. Ephedra was only dangerous to those who abused. Go figure, just like any other drug. if you take too much of it it hurts you. Those who were sticking to recommended dosage recorded no long term side effects or death for that matter. Again though, if your body can not handle the recommended dosage (ex: you are allergic, or respond differently) you shouldn't take it. Kind of obvious but I figured it needed to be thrown in.

So I haven't even started my summer job and I'm searching for an internship/ Co-Op for next spring and fall. Got to love classes only being offered once a year so one Co-Op puts you back an entire year. But I also love that when I get out I'll have a killer GPA and 1.5 Years of experience with at least 2 different companies under my belt.

I've been told that for someone on a budget Spectrum/Sludge is the best way to go with overkill. I went with 150 sqft of Raammat and still could have used another 50 for some double layering and such in my EC Silverado, but I also have 5 gallons of spectrum I need to install as well

Tried to get up early so I'd have time to make breakfast and get to class on time but I slept late. Breakfast was delicious... I guess 1 out of 2 isn't bad

Given, the subject has to "guess" 5 times in a row, 5 sounds like a good guess to me. Though I would be pissed to have to pick that 5 times, unless I got some money! lol
-
Statistically it should be 50. I really don't see why statistics wouldn't prevail give or take a few. I choose to give because I figure this group would include a few that could actually tell a difference
-
I would guess the number would be over 50%

I try that foobar stuff and I can never get it to work... I really like that background on that first one

What is the effects of creatine on a runner? How much is ATP used/regenerated during endurance runs (3+) miles, shorter runs (1 mile) and even sprints... Would a track athlete notice positive affects taking creatine?
