Indeed, sorry! I want to have it for myself as well but other models that will bring more business have to come first. And I would love to the see the sundown business grow

looks like the Sundown 250.2 is getting pushed farther and farther back . I guess its a good thing I won't be running my 3 way front stage for a long time

umm try Arkansas and Kansas for starters. I haven't been that many places but those were surely more boring to drive through. Took the Kansas route on the way to Colorado and the New Mexico route on the way back. Much better scenery in New Mexico. East Texas is pretty much driving straight if your on I10, if you drive curvy county roads through the woods it is great. Central and Midwest Texas is the Hill Country, and there's 80 MPH speed limits in West Texas... You have to be going 105 before you get a ticket that won't allow you to take Defensive Driving to waive it.

I tried to get a 2500 instead of a 1500 when buying my truck to get the 6.0L but I couldn't justify driving a "new" vehicle that got the same mileage as my current one
-
OMG yes I love that truck. Have had some videos of it saved on my comp for a couple years now. I'd love to do that one day, but realistically for now the most I'll probably see is a SC

I'll keep the pushrods in mind if things get serious. It would be really nice to have a fast truck on the street. Anything past the first mods is a distance future sort of deal, but always like to plan ahead. Also one more question. with the headers I'm getting a true dual exhaust. 2.5" non-mandrel bent would be fine in a truck with no forced induction right? Just seems like if I find a place that does mandrel bends I'll really be paying for it

Are there any other "normal mods" the LS engines like? Truck is a DD so tearing into it too far is not an option. , I can't wait to hear how it sounds CAI, long-tube headers, cat-back, and a tune will be a very good start from there.... the sky's the limit I luv the sky probably also toss in a 160* thermostat. LS series motors respond very well to nitrous... but it's not necessary. Doesn't 160* Thermo= less gas mileage? Something I'm not too into, my foot will be killing it enough lol. What do you mean is not necessary, the 160* thermostat? Tom, what do you think the limit for mods on a DD? I mean the point where mods may take more than a weekend and you start sacrificing driveabilty and gas mileage for power. I have a feeling the answer is still "the sky" lol

Looks like I'm done with the studying for the night. Had a case of "Where the hell are the numbers at?!?!" gets boring when every answer is like (5WL^4)/(384EI)

Front forks for Topgun's roommate's bicycle chopper?

Despite rising gas prices, when I tune my truck I'm considering tuning it for 92/93 Octane because I can still get 92/93 for only 20 cents more a gallon then 87. Which at the moment is only 6% more per gallon and getting lower

So the last time I listen to Ying Yang Twinz - Salt Shaker was in my truck with the Ported L7. Needless to say I was very disappointed when the bass hit in my Ipod buds tonight lol
-
Guess its back to studying...
