Speaking of all this talk of audio. My bud I'm living with wants a sub w/ the BIB's. But first I got to pay off the car, buy tune and exhaust for the truck, sundown 100.4, and I'm still contemplating that HU mount from humount.com because it looks so damn good. So it looks like that sub might not happen this summer lol

I live in the basement by choice. Rent is free, and that is good for me as long as I'm in school. Wow 6 ft. is still tripping me out, even if it is a basement. I couldn't even stand in there, not to mention if I had to ecounter a hanging light fixture. My BIB's won't even fit in there. and there relatively small in the realm of BIB's

You don't need foil for corn, for God's sakes you live in Tx. It comes in a perfect grilling wrapper, just remove the hairs, soak the whole husk in water and plop them whole on the grill. When done you can unwind the leaves and you have a free handle. Since you are grilling, grill the Asparagus too. Roll it in Olive oil first and either salt/pepper or Cajun season it and grill as well. It only takes a few minutes and a little blackness on it is good eats. he he yeah, I kinda got the corn with that intention then changed lol. For the asparagus though I semi-prefer the control and eveness of the stove for cooking. Its also a good change from everything "tasting" grilled. By the way everything turned out delicious. Corn ate perfect, asparagus was a good "soft/crunchy" and the Chicken was still good and tender (something I usually don't pull off when grilling meat)

I was talking to a friend yesterday about some stuff and I was telling him how I got to work early that day so I could get off early and I was mad because I ended up staying even later and he asked me, "Why would you want to get off work early?"

Filling Your Tank in the Morning You may have heard that it's best to fill your gas tank in the early morning while the fuel is cold. The theory goes that fluids are more dense at lower temperatures, so a gallon of cold gas actually has more gas molecules than a gallon of warmer gas.But the temperature of the gasoline as it comes out of the nozzle varies little during the course of the day, according to Consumer Reports, so there's little, if any, benefit, to getting up early to pump gas.

:word: Back in the day, when my only good audio source was from my truck I couldn't just sit in the driveway listening to it. So basicly home audio is making me live greener and reducing my dependence on oil. YAY HOME AUDIO!

good point, I hadn't thought of that. Damn, looks like I'll be in more debt. ha. I plan on driving my Explorer until the wheels fall off twice (I'll probably fix them the first time). I think as you grow out of your teens and into your 20's your priorities change. As a teenager in high school, owning a car is the coolest thing, because really that's about all you can own since you live at home typically. Then once you get out of college (or work a few years if you don't go to college), you realize cars aren't all that and realize that a house is not only a cooler thing to own but makes more financial sense. I mean I LIVE in my house, but drive my car to the grocery store and work. Seems obvious which one should demand more attention. Definitely cars are "cooler" in your younger ages. The only kids that have houses are either renting or their dad bought them. I'm stoked that I have two vehicles that should last me 10 years pretty easy. Which means I can save up a lot of money and have me a good house when I get out of college and not worry about car payments for a while.

Ugh I love this Kit but I can't justify spend $75-$95 even when the HU is essentially free http://maptechenterprises.netfirms.com/sto...5518757fb9da956

<---- Hates shitty anything that doesn't last

I haven't. What application and price range? For a car in the 280-340 price range I suppose. My mom got them for me... Hope there descent. She said the cars rides 10x better, but I hate shitty tires that don't last
