went to a friends house last night and had fajitas, and tequila and beer Tried out the Blue Moon "Harvest Moon" Pumpkin Ale, I'm a bit of a Blue Moon fan so i always like to try out the Seasonal ones Also made some new drinks last night. One was called an Elderado (Tequila, Lemon Juice, Honey) and the other a tequila sunrise (OJ, Tequila, Grenadine). Both pretty damn good

How did you wire the 3 sets of components into the 100.4? And through all the pictures I kept seeing the flames and thinking, but after seeing the last pic I see why

ride a bombardier 800 and try to keep the front wheels on the ground

my friend has a polaris, and another an arctic cat, both extremely heavy, but have alot of power, and theres are so much faster, but when it comes to the mud, our rancher 420 and foreman 500 always prevails =-) Thats weird because I see the exact opposite. In a speed contest I ALWAYS jump the rancher but the 5th gear is enough he always has enough to pull me on the top end. In the mud though I would always put my money on a Polaris or Artic Cat, ESPECIALLY over a straight axle Honda. Rider skill is king in the mud but no amount of rider skill can overcome the limited slip front end. and IMO the Rancher 420 is gutless, though the foreman rubicon 500 is a nice lil bike the sportsman 500 would be chosen over that with all bias's aside

My feelings on the Ford/GM issue quoted from the Ford/GM topic....
-
I really have a complete dislike for V8 ford trucks... really just fords trucks in general. When I was looking for a truck I was stretching to find what I wanted in my price range for GM but I could find fords comparably equipped easily, which to me, says something. i really do think any vehicle with proper maintenance will last a long long time. I know my neighbor has an old ford from back when I was a kid that's still ticking and I know a lady with an F-150 that is older and still looks immaculate. I know we just donated our 90 model Chevy with an engine that was still very strong and my uncle got rid of a chevy with over 250K, and another friend of our had one with well over 250K and ran as good as the day he bought it. Its really give and take, but I have to say that IMO the Fords I have been in have felt like dogs. And really, I'd rather own something that performs better and may break a little more than something that is no where near thrilling but does run. I've noticed that most all Ford owners say "it gets the job done". "it gets the job done" = mediocrity. It gets it done but don't ask much else. That doesn't sell me vehicles. Point in Case... My Polaris Sportsman weighs more, and breaks a little more than my buddies Honda Rancher (Both the same year model). BUT when it comes to riding my ass stays planted to the seat while my true 4wd (no limited slip BS) gets me around things and my buddy is jumping off the bike because he has to man handle his bike out of the hole, but it does "get the job done". It really has to be a bit embarrassing when your riding with the ladies and you have to ask them to jump off to get out a hole that the buddy in front just cruised through with another chick on. So sure I have some more maintenance issues but its a hell of a trade for something that is more stable has much better midrange (where you really need it in an ATV) and gets me where I want and overall just performs better A little off topic but I feel the same way in both situations

Really out of RPMs? wow. I had an '88 cavalier with the 2.8 V6, even a 3 speed, and got it to 115 when I wanted to slow down. So that surprises me. 4100rpm it is a 250ci (4.1L) inline 6 sucking through a 1 barrel carb afterall I was wondering too, because my 4cylinder is at 105 before I shit into 5th but that is a much lighter car with better aeros and pushing 5500 RPM

A well maintained 1/2 ton with the 350 will get around 18mpg on the highway, depending on what it is (4x4, long bed, gearing, etc, etc) you could get 20mpg or so on the highway, but beyond that your pretty well screwed. You've got a 5,000-5,800lb truck that is a flying brick down the highway with a 350ci V8 in it... In your dreams. Everyone I know with a non-LS Chev is lucky to get 15, and that is downhill with backwind. I could get 15 with my 90 model with the hella inefficient TBI No hills here...

Nice, 15.8 in a big truck is not bad, not bad at all Thanks... I need a cam and TC

Man, I def understand. Everyone is so involved with what other people are doing wrong its rediculous. I was driving around with my uncle the other day doing the speed limit and this guy passes me in a bigger truck (like F-550) and my uncle says, "How fast are you going, Michael?" I said "65 why?" He says, "Well how fast do you think hes going?" I already knew exactly what he was getting at so I told him that I really could care less how fast he was driving because he is not bothering me so who cares? Sadly, it exist within my family too...

I'm sure tons do. Really depends on your taste and the look you want to accomplish with your vehicle. Finally get to quote this post lol. I tried with no damn luck on the cell this weekend. Tom, I like spokes (5 preferably) and I don't like chrome. I also want the rims to look good on a truck of course. The biggest plus for the Titan rims is price. Only 300-400 dollars tops for all 4 That's a tough one dude. I think the Titans aren't an improvement over stock so there's no point in spending the money. whats tough? the price? I know I won't be able to find anything else in that price range so that kinda goes out the window

No, they implement attendance rules because there is a direct relationship between those actually in the classroom and those who succeed. I highly, highly doubt that kids get Cs because the system doesn't care if they succeed. You get Cs by not trying hard enough. The system is set in place, it's up to the student as to what level they achieve. Are there students getting As at your school? Hmm, I bet so. What makes them different? Aren't they at the same underfunded school? Believe me, I was actually in high school not too long ago. Walk around the halls and take a look at the kids who get As and the kids who get Cs and Ds. HUGE discrepency in types of kids in those two groups. Namely discipline. I guarantee that home life has a larger impact on a student's success than anything the school does. Plus if you succeed in a crappy high school, say get top certain percent (maybe 5 or something), you get a scholarship to a university. Once you're in college, high school doesn't matter anymore. I'm going to go ahead and quote this and throw my 2 cents in even though I got a lot more to read. I don't care who you are, you can exceed in High School. I didn't try hardly at all for 3 years of high school and was ranked 76 of 562. I started actually trying and in one semester I jumped 32 places to being ranked 44 of 562 when I graduated... just ONE semester. The school system is setup where ALL who actually try WILL pass. And most that don't try are capable of much more than passing. It really really is all about discipline. When I was younger and did something wrong, I got my ass beat, and I didn't do it again (or got smarter about doing it ). Sadly, it does not happen that way anymore and kids run amuck in public. America is definitely going down hill, and yes I believe its partly the Governments fault but it all starts with the citizens, and truely the citizens in America are turning to shit. DeepSubBoy, even though that project was "Ghetto" and was used disrespectfully it does show a good amount of creativity. I am actually still unsure of how you are powering this setup as it seems you are using a DC cell battery to power a logitec that accepts AC input, so if you wouldn't mind shed some light on how you did that. From this project alone a can see that you are easily capable of A's and B's if you don't make them already and that can easily get you somewhere in college.

JimJ I'm quoting this.... There's always going to be someone that knows more than you, which is a very good thing...if you're not around someone you can learn from, you're doing something wrong. Thanks

I looked over at him, grinned, it went into second and away I went

Oh yeah, Ran a 15.8 in The Z this weekend. I was hoping for atleast a second drop (originally was 16.4) but I am currently satisfied until I get more money Ran 15.885 the first run. Did a 4wd launch the 2nd time and ran 15.865. Also beat some Nissan truck the second time (was probably a 4 cylinder, had a GT-R Logo on the front and a fart muffler out the back) but was my first actual win so I was def excited lol

No doubt. My box is just sitting in my truck I bet it will sound much better with a sub in it.
