Wouldn't the wave being flat on top be clipping? I also don't think that sin waves are "pointy" That is why I said to assume the signal coming from the source is not clipped Nope, no test. I was watching a vid on youtube today of two artist I know singing a cover of "come together". When I saw it I really knew it looked familiar but i knew I hadn't ever watched it on youtube before.
