K, got to redesign an entire rear engine assembly TONIGHT, because the company we originally ordered our gearbox from, backed out and the company we went with said it had the same mounting points, but failed to mention its a full 2 inches wider. Of course we did not design for such clearance and we are planning to cut the plate tomorrow and assemble Saturday. Just got ProE reinstalled on the computer........... I'll be around.... Note to self - Start at 16897 when returning to catch up

You should. I did not walk for my undergrad graduation because I was at Ultimate Nationals. So I played a point against University of Colorado in my cap and gown. Werd... Travis made a good point that a gown will get in the way while biking, but I thought it might be hilarious to cut the gown at the waste and tuck it into some tight biker shorts and attach the cap to the helmet

I'm going to convert my house over to 12VDC for lighting using a simple homebuild wind generator, a single solar cell and a bank of small batteries and relays. I hope to have the house off the grid, lighting-wise in less than 6 months. Make a thread when you do please! My next project after my kitchen is to install LED lighting all through the house. I would love it to be motion triggered so at night we could have some floor lighting. Off the grid lighting would be amazing. I heard the one of our EE's is designing a solar powered 12VDC for lighting. I bet Travis could give you more info...

So I'm on a running team for the day after I graduate college. My running buddy is a big guy (like me). well actually he's a lot bigger but we are in the BEAST division (because our combined weight is over 400lbs lol) and we need an awesome team name we are throwing around the idea of wearing our cap and gown for the event since we graduate the day before Edit: More Info - It is the muddy buddy run in Austin. You run a leg, bike a leg, etc.. (you and your teammate switch at the end of each leg and yes the biker gets ahead then the other guy catches up when he gets on the bike)

Black is a bitch monkey to keep it looking clean, whereas navy blue usually isn't (sister's Corolla certainly isn't, can go nearly a month in an Arizona-ish climate and still look relatively clean) if that is not an issue to you, flip a coin You don't know me very well, clean shouldn't be an issue. I've owned 5 other black cars btw. There is NO better color for a vehicle. I am a black on black guy, but would take a saddle leather interior. I love the King Ranch interior Go figure that the one thing Texas you like I really don't care for...

Saw on the internet that Haiti is without a government. To help out, I am donating one Obama, one Pelosi, one Reid, one Frank, one Coakley and two Clintons! They may keep them permanently! I'd give them a constitution; but I can't find mine right now!

You must not have read the sequels very well then, ha. I believe it was in the second one where his sister started her philosophical bombardment of the internet and many people agreed with her ideas and then took them to the government to implement. It has been a couple years since I read them so I'm not exactly sure on all of it, but I'm fairly sure that's the gist. Also, the squirrel is significant because their littlest brother, I forget his name, was a cruel kid and would slaughter squirrels just to watch them die. He later became the Hegemon. I get all that. I guess the humor was in that idea actually working, but, I believe it could work given the parameters of the book. You get someone to say persuasive, and I don't care who they are, they can have power.

    Welcome to the IHoP

I found it pretty funny, XKCD is a pretty good comic, I normally get a chuckle out of them. I guess my lack of movie knowledge makes it over my head lol. I love the xkcd comics, just usually when peng post them (or most things for that matter) they're over my head lol
