    Welcome to the IHoP

Not bad. I'm not sure if I ever actually updated anyone in the forum world that I have a desk computer job now, which I love, but I do. lol. I have a full car audio setup again but no plans to get it installed anytime soon because I hate my honda. I actually just had to pay 500 dollars to get it worked on. Only reason I like it is because it saves me from crying over gas prices. What about you? Anything new? Started grad school last year, and really I am tired of it already. Grad classes have really sucked so far, but I only have to more grad level classes after this semester and I am getting some financial assistance so I'm definitely going to hang in there. Other than that, just ready to get out into the real world.

I just put one of those into "storage" in my basement since my stupid 24" flatscreen Samsung is NOT Vesa mountable Fortunately the picture shown on the site is the exact monitor I will be mounting it too. I wish I could get work to pay for it but it honestly wouldn't be worth the time it would take to get it if they did. Did you think the construction was quality?

    Welcome to the IHoP

Sorry for the crappy picture quality. I am taking video with my point and shoot then using VLC player to pull snapshots. As far as the shoes. I always felt I was pushing too much on my toes so I just shifted them forward on the pedals some. Its had to tell the direct contact because my clips are so big. Edited my post for the drop pic In the drops

I can't say that enough do it to really make a difference. Would take a lot of super coupon people to pay for a super bowl commercial

    Welcome to the IHoP

So in general, I feel like when i want to get fitted for something (backpack/ bike) that what ever place it may be assumes they know whats best for me and base my "fit" off something simple, or I always get screwed and get the crappy person. Example: When I went to REI I was expecting to try on 3 packs, weigh them down and walk around. Instead, the guy asked me a few questions, got my torso measurement and basically pointed out a backpack. I put it on and he tightened it down and said that was the one for me. I'm not sure if he did it because he thought I wasn't looking to spend the money on a nice one or what, but it baffles me. Do I need to go in there acting like I want a precision molded carbon fiber frame or something to get some attention to detail?

I'm not sure if i could handle my seat being much higher. On the 20 mile ride today my right hamstring was really feeling stretched and I know that my right leg is shorter than left. I'll try to get a pic from that side. When you say I should ride in the drops as much as possible do you mean in general or because of my frame configuration. Will take more pics later today What do you see that makes you think the top tube fits?

    Welcome to the IHoP

I don't ride in the hoods. I usually ride on paved back country roads

Alright. Here is a pic of me on the bike. According to my phone the ledge behind me is 42 degrees http://img132.images...1222h28m47.png/ And another after a handle bar drop and the seat positioned a bit further back http://img857.images...1223h21m35.png/

    Welcome to the IHoP

And the bars lower I did rotate them forward. The only way I could make mine lower would be to turn the handle bar stem upside down. Then I would be reallll low Is your back at more or less than 45 degrees? Will take a pic/ video to check According to the link I just posted I need a longer reach as I am always moving back on my seet (I think that my frame is a size too small). Going to see how much of this fitting I can do by myself

    Welcome to the IHoP

And the bars lower Or more stretched out, ie longer stem. If you do that though make sure to reposition your saddle so that your knees still line up above your pedals. I ride really stretched which is a bit hard on the wrists but helps flexibility Any reccomendations on my seat position relative to my crank? Or maybe a trusted link?
