It amazes me how much it takes to keep my protein intake up when trying to eat right. I'm looking to maintain a 20% fat 40% carb 40% protein intake and although i ate healthy all day I needed 2 scoops of whey at lunch just to get myself back up to that level

It really depends on what your goals are and what you are looking for in my opinion. If you wake up and do cardio immediately your body has no glycogen stores and must immediately start burning fat for energy. This however will cause decreased performance because your body does not efficiently turn fat into energy. You may burn fat, but you may burn less calories overall and not gain as much muscular tone because of your decreased performance. However, if you have something[ before your cardio your body won't freak out but will be able to burn those carbs then transition into burning fat. Overall you may see a better workout which could leas to an equal amount of fat burned and more calories overall. Not to mention that I think you would feel much better afterwards, and therefore better throughout the day. If you plan on eating 500 cal for breakfast, portion 150 before, 350 after and I think you will see more calories burned

You got to start eating in. The different between steak, green beans, and potatoes at your house compared to outback will be worlds apart in price and calories. Just out of curiosity, do you find any joy in cooking? PS- times infinity to everything above my post

I suggest putting on 30 pounds Seriously, I am tall, but I have very broad shoulders, and a large frame, but I am in shape... The nurse last week had me step off the scale and step back on it because she didn't believe my weight... So I don't have issues finding clothes that fit. X-Large fit my shoulders perfectly, but it is loose on my mid-section. The problem is, most XL shirts make me look like a slob and most large shirts have sleeves that I think are made for 16 month old babies

My question is how does the rice draw it out from inside of the phone? if the moisture ends up outside to soak into the rice wouldn't it have been released naturally anyways?

Definitely not BS, saved my phone...same model died in the same circumstances without as well. Logical while it works too, you just need to get the water out. Ever wonder why everything ships with a non-edible silica pack? Those aren't candy? Oops... Haha. A friend of mine had an MRE while hiking and accidentally dropped it in the water when he started cooking the MRE but immediately pulled it out so he went ahead and ate his MRE. A little while layer my friend said that if he would have thrown up one more time they were headed for the truck and the hospital.
