Holy freaking shit. eBay now charges a 9% final value fee for anything sold through them. I now owe them almost $60 for selling that Galaxy S3 through them. WTF??? Paypal takes 3%, Ebay takes 9%, that's 12% off the top minus the fact that I offered free overnight. By the time I'm done I'm getting less than 80% of my sell price. Fuck that!

Didn't realize I was leaving work the same time everyone else was leaving the bar... No fast food taco for me.

Back up to 69 and I am done for the night. Off to the 24 taco joint.

Back down to 63 pages. I found a way to compress some figures so that 2 will fit on 1 page. On per page just looked bad.

Meh, there are some ridiculous Ags but luckily most of them only practice as internet jockies on TexAgs.

Now take it out before 120. Mine usually comes out somewhere near 105, lol Dang, it was 96* in the center when I put it in the oven.

depends on your definition of "good" food I suppose It honestly doesn't take a lot to make me happy, food wise. Culver's, Five Guys, SmashBurger, and Fuddrucker's are prime examples. If your ever in College Station head over to Grub Burger Bar. Freaking delicious hamburgers

So tonight I cooked a choice strip using my normal cast iron sear. I still got a little char even though I felt like I kept the heat down and I used a pre-melted butter coating and did ~1min per side. However, I finished it in the oven at 300°F and I don't think I need to finish it any other way again. I let it get to 120°F and pulled it out of the oven. It rose exactly 5° in the 5 minutes I let it sit. The transition from the sear to the meat was very minimal and looked awesome. it didn't look under cooked and it was extremely tender.

At work tonight about to kick some ass on this thesis. I have a meeting in the morning at 10am. I will have a bad ass thesis by then even if I don't sleep

And honestly, has the h0p ever lead someone wrong in the interest of good food?

I always tell people that the BGE rocks. One day I was telling my cousin about it and my girlfriend looked at me and asked, "Have you ever actually used a BGE?" I lied to her that day.

Matt2 couldn't find quite what you were talking about with the cain 660 but picked up a Ovliva Series 0 Torpedo 6.5x52 tonight. It was fun to smoke on. Much more fun if I had a seat in my back yard.

I don't get it. It allows you to transport 10" speakers so you don't have to put them in your back seat.

The legend is not necessary because the y axis is the same label. and no units!!!

By the way by strong I didn't mean by proof. Heck I really didn't mean strong most likely. I meant something with a distinct and unique flavor, which I associate with "stronger" bourbons and whiskey.

My girl is actually out of town for the rest of the week so I'm getting in some more "manly" activities I don't get to do often. Ironically, I was thinking bad ass steak for dinner anyways. Thinking about asking the meat counter for an extra thick cut steak

eff you that sounds awesome!

I really like all kinds of whiskey. I really like Crown Reserve. I had that Kentucky whiskey and loved it, but of course it is completely different in taste. Though tonight I'm looking for a strong whiskey. I haven't had any rye whiskey in a long time. I think the last one I had was Jim Beam Rye
