I'm predisposed to feel comfortable and sleeppy after a big meal but I've broke myself of the habit and try to be energetic after a big meal after seeing my dads belly from years of lunch naps.

I was pretty much told that I would be driving home in a blizzard today and it didn't happened. There is some very light precipitation now. I'm in SE Kansas though.

I bought 4 lbs of Dymatize Cinnamon Bun Casein based on many of recommendations of many and I think I made a mistake... It taste so damn good I'll probably eat too much.

Have you ever looked into baked good with coconut or almond flour? You can get 250 calorie muffins. 3 of those with 16 Oz whole milk is 1050 calories.

Pretty much. I've actually been getting 1.34lb packets of 85% lean 15% fat ground beef from Costco, half gallon of lactose free whole milk, pre wo shake, post wo shake, dinner with veggies, and I'm finally up where I need to be. Eating that much ground beef every other day perhaps isn't the best idea, but it's working for a few weeks until I rotate to something else. Maybe it's just the fat kid in me but I don't understand how someone not afraid of calorie dense food can have issues getting enough calories.

Sean, I seriously don't understand how you have enough time to cook in that way, work and have the children's.

Predetermined mixes of spices are not spices and should never be used for anything. Your own mix is viable, but if it isn't made fresh the day of use it is pretty much garbage. Forgot how easy it is to rile you up when it comes to seasonings Obviously I "roll my own", just saying that the spice blend in my chili uses (almost) all the same ingredients as store bought chili powder, so technically yes chili powder does belong in chili. Technically. The chili powder I got is mixed at the store I bought it. I actually thought I was buying a chili pepper powder. Finding fresh peppers is not quite possible now but maybe in the future. I still do my own cumin (when not in a pinch).

Made a chili tonight that turned out omg mom mom mom sooooo !!!1! It had bacon, which of course makes it better. Also was using the spices that I bought this weekend. It also had some cocoa powder and apple cider vinegar which was a little weird. Also put a little cilantro and raw cheddar cheese on it. Nom nom nom http://mealplan.primalblueprint.com/recipe/bison-chili/

What conditions? What pre-tests were done on the bearings to make sure they are consistent?I'm going to go ahead and pull a president and throw out that I inherited this situation. Now, bearings are failing in the field from "normal" use. Bearing gets around 300 psi of pressure when engaged (this is the hydraulic pressure of the system to engage the piston, bearing system). Ran 2 production setups in lab with 10 min on 1 min off cycles and lasted around 400 hours. Did the same test for an "upgraded" bearing and the first bearing lasted less than 400 hours. 2nd test is currently in progress. Bearings are thrust needle bearings. If you mean manufacturing consistency then we have some kind of quality control but I couldn't tell what it is (mostly because I don't know). The idea would be to run the production bearings at much higher pressure then back that down and run again. When the new system/bearing gets implemented we run the same test and statistically interpret the normal usage life. Were they tested before? Was the design validated? Have you data on measured loads going into the bearings? I'd be concerned over doing an accelerated test if no one has quantified the forces in operating conditions. You may accelerate the wrong portions. I'd also be very interested in QC on the bearings. If there is none, have you verified that the failing bearings met spec before being installed? Jumping to the let's test the piss out of things, before understanding the background will be an exercise in spinning circles. I've got a lot of work to do...........

Any of you guys have experience performing HALT Testing? Trying to find some good information for some bearing testing.

Not really seeing any reason to keep my gym membership after this finally gets here. Glad too as it will save me a lot of money. https://www.chairgym.com/

Been doing it all eating paleo and eating delicious. Though I've been getting too little protein. Going to bring that up this week.

Lost 6.2 pounds in the last week! Ohhh yeah and that's after "losing" 2 pounds in one day before my "official" weigh in.

Was going to do it for the work comp, but since I have the iPad I guess it's not needed.

I had a good time. You should check out fresh roast coffee. He's only open Saturday from 8-10am and he sells beans that he roasted the day before. Was amazing.

I don't know if this link will work http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core&area=ignoredusers If not it is under settings, then ignore preferences. Thanks man. I was also hoping to see the ability to suppress images there but no dice

Dude, don't worry about lifting less, I don't see many people who can't hardly get up go to the gym. I see them sitting on ride around carts in Walmart buying chips.

Jimmy's Eggs is a pretty good place (breakfast & Such), also Mcallisters has great sandwhiches and tasty tea. Bei Wei is a really good Chinese place if you catch them late enough they're open around ~2, oh yeah Hog Wild has some pretty good BBQ too. Why are you headed to Wichita? Really just to go. Going to a place that sells higher quality groceries than Walmart. I've never been out there so I thought why not. Maybe you should have a gone a direction different than Wichita then. If you thought Fargo was desolate or uncultured...I was never in Fargo....

BTW I'm posting this on my new iPad 2. Thought I would never own Apple but this price was right (Free). I'm already enjoying the apps a lot more than my android based tablet.
