Build a box with areoports so you can change tuning quicker. I'll give you a call. I have alot of work to do to get ready for the next E-town show so it looks like the USAC show this weekend is out. I 've got to pull everything out of my Saturn and put it into my new SPL vehicle.

I checked the schedule the next E-town show is Sept. 15th. You guyz would love it. In a big park with a lake and lots of trees. You can test all day long with nobody messing with you and there are usually alot of competitors there.

Congrats man, told you that you should come down so I can put you on the meter. USAC show this weekend in Lex. if I can get something in my new SPL vehicle I'm gonna go. Also Meca event in E-town Sept. 18th I'll be there. I think Meca will be more up your alley as your tuned low.

I simulated the new X12 v.3 motor design today in an FEA program to analyze my BL and flux behavior. Based on my findings... might just stick with a round wire coil rather than flat wound on this design. Other than that, my graph paper sketch proved to be pretty close. Jacob, If you ever need anything drawn in AutoCAD let me know.

I think if they will be able to handle close to 1500 watts RMS then it will be well worh the money. Hell a pair of 12's and a 3000D combo sounds great. I hope you release the 15's soon after. Any ETA if you like the new design? Are they being made in the US?

THe 3 SX are in a 85 Ford Bronco. I got two RE SE's in my 2003 intrepid. My fiberglass shell on the bronco flexes a lot. It wasnt only me because other people in my class were crying that the mic was rigged, and they hit higher numbers on the TL. But we all used the same gay cd and the same mic and I got 2nd. The main attraction was a import tuner power slide race, and the audio wasnt taken serously. a few adjustments and I'll get better But I still got 2nd place on my first time out with my own install against some people that have been doing this a lot longer than me so I'm very proud that I even placed. Most important I LOVE how my system sounds. Not all bass, but I've got 10 mids & highs speakers counting the component tweeters and it sounds crystal clear. I would like one of the Sundown 100.4 so all my amps match. We can talk about the 100.4 when we hook up to test Friday. If I have my 100.2 hooked up by then you can hear it along with a 3000D.

Come down anytime that I'm not at work and we can test it. My 3000D will be here soon so I've got to get to work myself. I have 5 12"SX's probably only gonna use 4 in my Saturn. You can go to a MECA show with me in E-town Aug. 19th. You will be loud at the headrest. I did a 148.6 with 3 15" SX last year with less power and only 2 cubes per.

Well from memory Rob Eldridge is doing a 158.x with 4- 1500Ds Meca style at the headrest with 4 15's. I've done a 149.2 at a show but have done a 150.8 testing with 1 15" atomic APX and 2- 1500D's @ the headrest. The 1500's can take the abuse and push out the power. Will soon be trying ot the 3000D.

When will the 3000D's be in for Team members? Big MECA show July 15th in TN with big cash payouts. I've got 5 SX 12's on my pool table waiting for one.

They are very nice amps. I have installed a couple of them. I have heard them on 2 kicker l7 12's in an explorer. 2 10" RE SE's in a blazer. Then we hooked it up to one solo x in the same blazer. All I can say is LOUD!!!!! For those not planning on competing a great amp to have. Just enough to tickle the hell out of your ears. ( Well in a SUV never heard one out of a trunk) I have one for my 300 but have not installed it.

These might wok out great for what I have planed for my Chrysler 300 install.

I think Stratus hit it dead on the nose. But I would put customer service and reliability as #1. You can have 10,000 watts but what good is it if it dies after a few burps and you can't get a hold of anyone to try and resolve the problem.

Nice meeting you Bob. I'll post up some pics of your ride and install when I get home. This show was a very fun show but whoaaa $75. Plus factor in that my score was 3dbs down. I got my azz handed to me.

its still in all the testing stages..... when its all done it will be cleaned up and trimed up!! I agree 100%. No since in making it look good before testing it. It might not be up to your expectations. I hate that I have $100 worth of resin and fiberglass inside my wall that I plan on rebuilding.

Only 2 DBs more to go and you'll hit your 160 mark.
