takeoffautoparts.com He is running a special this month on it... if he has any left

Haven't had an update in a while, money is a horrible constraint lol. Picked these up at a hell of a price so this is my next update. Not really audio, but part of the car =). BTW this is my first time ever doing upholstery work, I am pretty damn proud of my self how they came out. A few loose spots/wrinkles but they will come out quick in the Florida heat. Hopefully will be able to pick up my INAW900 this weekend.

Thanks guys =) The sundown is for sale if anyone wants it! WRX: I considered, but it was the first time I had rims so I wanted to have chrome. Once I get all the other stuff taken car of I may black them out with a stripe around the lip, seen a few done like it.
-
Got a lil more done... still have to pick up the plexi and begin fiberglassing. And a few pics of the car
-
Because I will have them... I do at times have people in the back seat. I may just sell them and put some co-axials back there. That is a bit down the road though.

^^^I Take it you mean roundover the edges?

Awesome work man.

Recessed finished into the trim piece (working also as a double baffle). I actually broke the first trim piece, the bottom and top are extremely thin. More to come soon..

Box design was pretty easy since I am going sealed. My old box was at max width and height, so it worked perfect for using a test a box with the trim piece. My best friend when it comes to box building. Folds up and hides away when I don't need it. Unfortunately some of the pieces of wood were too big to fit into my car and I had home depot make the long cuts. Now I understand if they are off by a 1/8th inch but is it too much to ask for just a straight cut? It won't be seen anyways so no big deal.

I know I know versus threads suck, but whatever lol. I've been out of the game for some time and I am looking for a pair of 12s that can sound just beautiful but get down when I need it to. The ID Maxs are a bit more expensive but they have awesome reviews. The Qs I know can get loud, at least the older ones, and I always read they sound good but what in comparison? I'm looking to use 2kw let me know what you think!
-
How different is the new one from last years? I may consider 2 15s sealed since that can be done properly without starving the subs.
-
When I get everything together, I will make sure to put together a real solid review. They will paired with X69s. Not sure of a processor yet. Yea I know =( going to be pushing it really for any 2 12s ported.
-
Well space is tight, but I do want to go ported. Probably will have to go with 1.7-1.8 cubes at 32hz (want more space and lower tuning, but I can only work with so much). I will be using 2kw. I listen to a lot of rock, but when I am with the boys on the weekend is probably when it will cranked up with rap music. So most of the time they will be turned out and set to be blended in with the front stage, but having the ability to crank out a mid 140 would be awesome too. If you need more info please let me know. As for the horns, well I haven't had them in the Challenger, I had them in the Caddy, my sig is way out dated. The Caddy was a LOUD set up, 4 7" drivers couldn't keep up with 50 watts to the horns. I honestly never had a chance to blend them in and use them to their true potential. My new set up will utilize their sound quality ability though.

Lol, guess I failed at that. Let's try this again. How is the Fi Q in terms of loudness and quality compared to the IDMax?

Hi, I have decided to start working out since I pretty much have a set schedule for work and school and can be consistent on a workout schedule, and I feel more motivated to do so. My main goal is really to put on weight, I'm not worried about being super ripped but just want to get bigger. I am ~145 right now and would like to get up to 165-170 eventually. Can anyone help me with tips or advice? I used to work out in high school but that was a while ago, and I only worked out for speed and strength (football), but don't remember much, but I still know my form will be fine.

Just about finished it all up today, got a few more things to touch up but for the most part it is done. First off thanks to Matt at MCOR for giving me a hell of a deal and JL for coming through in the clutch and sending me a free t-shirt! The goal of the install was to get much improved sound while keeping it stealthy. I choose to go with JL Audio C5-650 Components powered off a Sundown 100.2 still with the factory head unit. The mids were placed into the stock locations, with baffles made onto the 6x9 brackets and the tweets placed into the kicks. Just about all the wires were techflexed, heatshrunk, and labeled for cleaniness and ease of install. The amplifier and crossovers were placed inside the stock thing in the trunk. On to the pics: Still have a few things to put back together and need to still buy shorter RCA's and re-route them under the amp but that will be for my next day off! Not even tuning or breaking in the speakers, they sound amazing. I have never done tweeters down there before and I couldn't be happier. The staging is right where I want it and the tweeters are nice and smooth. The mid-bass is extremely strong, way past my expectations and would tear my door apart if I got around to sound deadning the doors. I haven't had a lot of time to really pick apart the sound yet though.

I saw a ton of Team Sundown guys in the lanes but didn't get to talk to any of you guys. All of you were putting up great numbers from what I saw.
-
I will be there, doubt I will be compteting and I will be staying at Oceanwalk.
-
I got a Pioneer reciever, 5 speaker sony surround and hdmi upconvert dvd player for $100.
-
So what comes first, this or the Z15?
-
Yea I talked to him, said it was like a 2.9" VC. I wasn't even planning on using the same basket, I wanted to make it a 15". I'm not looking for anything the same, just thought it'd be cool to have a custom woofer to play around with, maybe something that could take a lil more power. O well though.
-
I might pick up a blown w7 for cheap and was curious to see if you guys could get some type of custom re-cone for it.
-
Alright, time to hit up David lol.
-
That's what I like to hear! Now the task is getting some lol.
-
Why wouldn't a re-cone from Fi work? I've already had a 3hp custom made for MT softparts, it took some drilling, and lil more than your average recone, but they were awsome subs.
