He is an approved vendor ? Right ? They should have contacted him at least and tell the board whats up . Thats how other boards do . Have some type of rule . Mods please solve this matter . Or banned him from boards ! I can do nothing about it, but he is not a scammer. Well just banned him till it gets resolved . Makes the board look bad for having him as one of your sponsers . I feel your pain brotha ...but at least he can be honest . when he comes to the board telling everyone ,he's alright and gonna do free shipping to the pending orders . Ive been on bodybuilding forums and know a scammer when I see these types of things happening . Most likely he's not coming back . Only a small percentage would come back and take care of the orders . Ive seen it all . Hopefully im wrong but no matter what this needs to be resolved !

Mods please contact argent cause we all are fed up . He should not be an approved vendor at htis point . Get it straightened out . I only paid the first half but still he took alot of orders and took off . He might of been good before but now he has become a scammer

I was wondering if the box would sound better ported facing towards the cabin ,up against the back seats or closer towards the trunk opening ? And would it make a difference to completely seal off the trunk ?

According to Acura cargo 12.5 cu ft Ok this is the max Height from the (opening) of the trunk 18 H (Inside the trunk) 17 W 36.5 D 28 Those are the max for the enclosure leaving alil space in the front , back and sides . Gonna cover 96% of the trunk I'd say Internal Volume: 2.65 ft^3 Port Area: 37.70 in^2 Enclosure Tuning: 30 Hz

^agree ...I always have more energy when working out in the evenings . I never go to the gym on an empty stomach lose too much size . When cutting I like to cardio on an empty stomach thats when its best . Then I have my meal after cardio session .

To bulk up ,I try to go as heavy as you can with good form and try to get 6-8reps . Cutting stage 10-14reps . Remember to follow up a good diet whether you're cutting or bulking . You are what you eat .

Well if you never benched before start light and work your way up . Get used to the movement and try to rep out 10-12reps . Make sure you go down as close as possible to your chest and up clean . Try to start 3-4 sets of that exercise and hit other parts of your chest . I like to start off with incline barbell presses then ,incline/flat dumb bell presses ,incline dumb bell flies ,chest hammer strength machine ,maybe pushups in between sets . The more angles you hit the more fuller they get . Like most people its hard to get the top part of the chest to pop out . So you do more incline . Middle do regular flat angles ....Decline hits bottom part of your chest . Flies gets the whole chest . Make sure to have good form and feel the contraction . If you dont feel this you mind as well not workout cause your just throwing around weights without feeling the burn ! The contraction ,mind over muscle is best at building
