Well since this accomplished nothing, I figured I would try emailing again. Where is my order? Its been over a month and I haven't got so much as a hint on what the status of my order is. I have emailed a total of 5 times, with only one reply since this process begun. Regardless, I have been very patient as i have heard it can be a lengthy process. One month later I am becoming a bit irritaded. How difficult is it to send an email/phone call/ text/ letter/ carrier pigeon?! I paid for this order on July 13th. You recieved and signed for my btl n2 motor on July 20th. In the box of my n2 motor was a printout of anything and everything that had any remote thing to do with this. I have followed all the (shotty) guidelines to the tee aswell as watched all of your videos to make sure i did everything correctly. If I do not have a tracking number or a damn good excuse of why I have gotten such poor customer service by August 24th, I will be filing a claim with paypal. Sincerely Pissed Off, Jordan Knoblauch
