Thats what Im talking about, they make them for the ZJ.. You need to replace the bumper, but the good news is the replacements are steel...and well there strong. Casey, What are you looking for. I can easily find them for you, im a fellow jeeper and own a GC...Roof Rack or Rear Tire carrier..

I could care less about your opinion. Do you offer anything to the forums, here or CA? All I see is you run your mouth to people and act like a jack ass...
-
Also looking for an amp suggestion...Not going with the crunch I decided.
-
DD as well Jeep Grand Cherokee umm..i dont remeber his name..rpfuror or something along those lines
-
Thats what I thought was more port area, but the designer said that was fine(one of the reasons I asked you guys) And yes, Bracing will be done, aside from the double baffle, and I will be rounding the port edges, and putting 45's in the corner... Well what I will probably do is take card board tubes and cut them for the corners and then resin over that..

Here is my design(thanks to someone on CA) Anything you would change? 8.1 cu/ft @ 32Hz 96 sq/in port

I want the black with white lettering, and I wanted the FI logo on the back instead of the font i used(wanted to ask permission first) But I dont like the FI logo on the front..it looks out of place... Change the top one to match all the font on the front and its exzactly what I want.. Obviously need to fix the back, but Id have them do that when i called...

I didnt even realize I had an account there untill i went to comment and i was logged in already...it says he responded, im waiting to see it

The T nuts were what i was talking about with the anchors. Many many people use them without a problem on MDF. I prefer to use Wood Screws. But with a t nut, you can removed them and put them back in 100 times with no damage to the wood
-
You can do it anyway you want...the design is the exzact way you described it besides the rounded text on the back..
-
who does include screws? Some people use the anchors..some just use wood screws. Predrill first.. Let me get the size for you as thats the standard size most use..

Im glad I never went through that phase... Haha I love your video..I just saw it That pucking sub looks and sounds like chit. My girl litterally just asked me why that sub sounded so bad. For some reason its not taking my responses on you tube. I left one and then left another I added onto and neither showed up

Or I can help you with finding a either 1. A roof rack or 2. A rear Tire Carrier So you can do what you want.. F

I wanted black as well, however, when making individual shirts instead of group orders you only have white, you need to call them and have them design it with another color and send it to you...

Oh by the way, looking at the screen, does it look like my signal is clean(ie no clipping) I dont know how to read the osilicscope Also he offered up a few amps he had for sale. 2 used DD and those Maxxonics amps int he back ground which are new. Has anyone used them? I thought since there made by the same comany as hifonics they could be good. I can get the one amp in the back for 325..its 1500w at 2ohm @ 12v which would be perfect for me, and i could add another BL 18 and run them at 1 ohm in the future for the full 3000w.

-
Thanks alot man.. Im going back to get one...
-
So you do plan on doing that eventually? That would be awesome.
-
I did this quick, there are wayyyy to many text designs and what not that you could go with. I would obviously rather use the FI logo on the back but didnt want to use it without Scotts permission...
-
I didnt play a 40hz tone, I played a sine sweep 10-100hz. thats just what it peaked at and you better share damnit lol
-
Your customer service is A++...no questions asked..i will e-mail both of you on a question i had
-
I have never heard that, however, from personal expierience, i have had a hard time getting ahold of scott through e-mail unless it was 1. Something to do with ordering or something i had already ordered 2. He asked me to e-mail him after a post on the forums. Hes a busy man so I dont really worry

Very Very Pleased... Heres the Stats 140.4 @ 40hz 700-750watt Approx. Car Off No bracing in the box The flexing of the sub actually broke the braces within the last month or so.. With car off I was maintaing 12.2-12.4v throughout the whole test My jeep makes 14v+ at 2000rpm which would be 1000w or so. The amp makes around 750 at 12v so thats what we based it off.. So my plans before first comp in june are New Amp which puts out its max at 12V New box at 8cubes Double Baffle, Bracing, and 45 corners with sub Up Port Back 3000 @ 1ohm running 2ohms for 1500w leaving me with room to upgrade to another sub. That will double my current wattage.. Any ideas on how much that might help?
