    Free stuff :)

Very good question ? Only nick, scott or shawn knows i think.... I don't think anything official was announced.... I'm happy with my shirt and stickers.... I got my stickers and don't want to put them anywhere they are so nice... As soon as scott gets back (he's on a business trip) to me on the shipping charges for 2 12 Q's with bp option to 96701 I'm going to order them so i'll have more sticker muahahahahahaha

    fi btl power handling

Lloyd tested a BTL and fed it up to 10K the only thing that had the btl freeze wasn't the power but rather the note they played went below box tuning on an amp without the subsonic on it... I seen their test with 6K on the BTL and it took it like a champ and i'm talking 6K full throttle... BUT please remember 4K on a BTL in the hands of someone who doesn't know basic Car audio "know how" can be deadly... Imagine feeding a BTL 4K with a stock alt and bat..... DANGER DANGER DANGER

    Which Setup should i consider?

I have a TC and i did subs up port back and it slammed hard..... you could do 2 15's actually in a sealed box subs facing up..... with 2.3 cuft... if you bring the box width in to fit between the rear pillars it can go up to 14" H and fit two 12's sealed I can get pics of my wedge shaped box and my bat in the rear of my scion if you want I have 2 12's sealed with 1K a piece you can read my review as well i tried 3 different boxes it's the link right below in my sig

    6 SSD 18's sealed...

Sealed, I would do the "Q" instead of the SSD's.... that is a wee bit too much power for an SSD but a Q would kill it. The BL won't sound "optimal" in a sealed box (since it's TS for it's QTS parameter is below the magic .4 number)...

    speakers

Furthermore some speaker (components) will sound much much softer.... Mainly due to efficiency and RMS values.... I know when i threw my pair of A/D/S in they were considerable softer then my stocks and it literally scared the Bajesus out of me until i amplified them

    subs

This is the issue The people here do NOT have a problem with a loud system but rather the REASON for the loud system..... I like my system loud for sheer hobby and interest, not to be heard from a block away..... in fact I never have the bass on (i have a bass switch that shuts the signal on and off on my eq) and when i am in a residential area I turn the subs off or roll my windows up, I demo in College parking lots, at stereo shops in business areas and park/recreational areas.... In fact my neighbor has sounds and he doesn't even know i have a stereo since i never play it in my neighborhood loud. When i tweak my stereo at home i have to jump in my car and drive 8min to the nearest park to hear the new tweak... If that is all you want then you don't need a sub that costs 180 - 400 dollars... Go grab a pair of 60 dollars subs and send it it's max rated power.... If you are actually serious about sound, sound quality and as i call it "pride in your hobby" then get a Fi....
