Surprise. I took a hiatus for the haunt season. Had a haunted house to build, run, then take down. Man that job sucks. But it is soooooo fun. Thread on all that in later days.

This is just a get loud build. And loud it is. SQ was out the window before the pen hit the paper in discussions about this build. So don't tell me it will sound bad.

Yes they do. On purpose. Owner didn't want them to be to overpowering or ear piercing to him. So I aimed them to reflect off the windshield and out the door more than hit you right in the face. In theory, it works.

Amp racks on the doors. Each of the xcab rear doors will house 2 of the 1000c4 amps.....

I considered some from 2" to 4", but couldn't justify doing them cause I am sure they would just end up blowing. After considering that they would have to be toned down to not blow, whats the point of them being there anyways? If this was more towards an SQ build, sure. But this is just a get loud and do your best staying clear build. Thanks man. I get side tracked alot with different forums so I will go thru spurts with each one. I like this one and should try to hang out here more often. Once I get this truck done, I have a small side project to knock out and then I am taking the 2nd half and all of October off for the haunt. I will be making a thread on that soon BTW. I invented something that I might try to market to haunters. So far it had been well recieved.

Yes. The 10s. The console will have the only super tweeters on a switch so they don't overpower you.

A-pillars were planned to hold two 5.25 and tweets. But they were just to big. Especially on the drivers side. Went with 4 tweeters instead. Soft domes so they don't over power your senses.

The console is actually 6 pieces. The base, the top section to hold the EQ, the padded armrest piece, 2 speaker inserts and then the slide in crossover.
