    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I trained my body to be that way, then it all went to hell. It's about activity level, adapting to needs, and being active. Our amounts of food were different though. I was in the 3500-7000 kcal level for 4-5 years. I burned off more than I ate though. I was losing pound after pound throughout the whole time. Sometimes i was gaining so much muscle it didnt make the scale move much thougb. I only weigh ~142, but this exact time last year I was 125! Holy shit! I haven't seen 142 since I was about 13. Even when I had cancer and lost all kinds of weight I only got down to ~160. Eating throughout the day actually boosts metabolism. Perhaps you should try 2-3 large meals a day to slow down your metabolism. Eating six small meals throughout the day, or 3 big meals will yield different metabolic rates throughout the day, but at the end of the day it's exactly the same. The thing that changes is the Thermic Effect of Food, which is the energy expended to digest and absorb the food. It's directly proportional to the amount of energy the food contains, 5-10% carb, 0-5% fat, 20-30% protein. Average those numbers together into 11.5% meal one 1000kcal, TEF: 115kcal meal two 1000kcal, TEF: 115kcal meal three 2000kcal, TEF: 230kcal 4000kcal, total TEF: 460kcal meal one 600kcal, TEF: 69kcal meal two 600kcal, TEF: 69kcal meal three 600kcal, TEF: 69kcal meal four 600kcal, TEF: 69kcal meal five 600kcal, TEF: 69kcal meal six 600kcal, TEF: 69kcal meal seven 400kcal, TEF: 46kcal 4000kcal, total TEF: 460kcal At the end of the day the same amount of energy was used, and the metabolism is the same. Now if one changed the composition of those meals than they could alter their metabolism somewhat, but that's getting into something else. At least that's what I learned in Bio. :shrugs: I am speaking strictly from my personal experience. I have been on and off again for ~30 years. Perhaps it flies in the face of what you learned, but it has proven to work for me. I'm honestly not even going to try to dispute your info, I just wanted to share what has worked for me. Take from it what you will.

I never had that issue. Nor I. When bulking this is exactly how I do it. I'll eat a modest (but high calorie) breakfast, and a big lunch and dinner. To cut (ie lose weight), I eat all day long like Stefan.

Stimpy's First Fart http://rutube.ru/video/b8aa94c91cd09bae213e18b6fa3c30e0/ LULzzz... We used to sit around getting baked and watched this show when it was still on MTV (ie before Nickelodeon polluted it). The first time I saw it I was tripping on bomb.

I had a good time. You should check out fresh roast coffee. He's only open Saturday from 8-10am and he sells beans that he roasted the day before. Was amazing. I had a good time. That dance she does is something else. I need to see the SI issue and the extras. When I get them I'll be sure to share. I see your point(s). Me, personally, I don't consider anything a sport that does not have athletes. This could be a fine line though. Many don't consider motor racing a sport, but the training those guys do, and the g-forces and endurance they subject their bodies to is similar to traditional sports, so they are athletes in my eyes. Then we have well, fishing, bowling, golf to an extent, curling, ha. thank you, and i agree motor racing is also a sport. Sport fishing is really not just bigmouth fishing. If you have ever been out sport fishing you know you get a workout. The biggest fish I have ever brought in was ~125 pound yellowfin. It was way out when I hooked it, and it took about 45 minutes to get it in. I nailed an 80 pound dolfin and got so worn out I couldn't get it out of the water. My arms were like jelly when it came up beside the boat. We were trolling deep hoping for some blues. at least I went straight to your topic and posted in there so you knew I was talking about you. I'm glad you put the story out here though so everybody knows what actually happened instead of assuming like I did. I'm sorry for that Steve and for what went down with the teamYeah that's not the whole story wish somebody would get it straightDoesn't matter. It's between Steve and Mark. Everyone else needs to mind their damn business.its always better to know the whole story that way the bad guy isn't made out to look like the good guy. Because of what Steve said is correct then it really makes SSA look bad, but if its like I originally thought then I shouldn't be apologizing to Steve for what I originally said. Actually it is better to just keep the fuck out of it. It is really none of your business. Every argument has at least 2 sides, and from each one's perspective they are right. It is not for you to step in and voice your opinion when you have no stake, and clearly not the slightest idea what is going on. I thought you were an adult and a man? Why would you just come into a thread where there is no discussion about this and quack about it like a teenage girl?

Hopefully they are more timely then Snap On. My roll cart I ordered 2 weeks ago won't be here for at least 2 more weeks. Please share you pics and thoughts on the quality of the Hazet wrench. I hope my advice proves positive for you.

Another fucking server error... Let's try this again... Gonna buy a new quad. Well, new to me. Looking at modded TRX450Rs. Looking for motorcross modded bikes. Anyone familiar with suspension mods for motorcrossing? Looking at +1.5 - +2 on the swingarms. I am aware valving is dependent on rider weight. It is also dependent on how you plan to ride. I am carrying more weight then I expect to be come summer right now. I am 6'1" 218 right now. I expect, between lifting shifts from bulk to cut and the workout of riding hard, to be about 205 or so when we get down to really riding. I will need to get more used to the extra power and handling of the bike. I ride aggressive and pretty hard. The majority of my riding will be fast trails, moderate jumping, and heavy cornering. We have some places nearby that actually offer full scale MX race courses. My concerns are, who makes a good setup? What will be the benefits of single rate, double rate, and triple rate valving systems?

It's OK. I have had various flavors and never been terribly impressed. IMO it tastes like vodka. When I stop up to visit I'll bring some real apple pie white. You'll never drink JJ's again.
