Oh, and FWIW some "sport" bikes, like the Honda TRX700XX utilize 4 wheel independent suspensions, but these tend to be more of a trail bike (think utility ATV) and they handle like shit when they are pushed.

That sucks... Daytime pics, finally... Do people on forums complain of inside wheel lift in the corners?Curious, morons on the snowmobile forums want a bump compliant sled and then they bitch that it handles likes shit. In reality they drive like pussies and no shit dealing with bumps means a higher CG. Not really from what I have seen. But I think most people know to expect this. You can get wider axle and front control arms to help. But most of the forums I go to are MX racing forums, and those guys expect wheel lift.

That sucks... Daytime pics, finally... Expand please. Lamb -> Kabob - parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, clove, mint (probably google shish, sheekh, kofta etc)Beef, Duck -> Laab - mint, lime, fish sauce, chile Pork -> pseudo dumpling style - ginger, garlic, scallion, soy Obviously other derivations utilizing soy, hoisin, yogurt, lemon, fish sauce and so on can work too. Exacly what I was looking for. I needed a push towards flavor profile. Asain might be the way I go just for a giggle. Hoison, soy, garlic, onion and ginger. Play it safe for a first try. How can I make roasted taters Asian flavored though? Fry them in a pan of dog meat!!!

Sounds like a hoot. And a couple broken bones on a fun day! Indeed. I got the bike home and took it for a spin. This bike is a MONSTER. I am gonna hurt myself, for sure. It is louder then I expected, but I'm not worried about that. It has way more balls then I expected... no need to do anything to the motor at all. Starting off in third gear on my dirt drive I blew the tires away and had the bike all over the road at 1/2 throttle. I am interested in getting it into some good MX courses and trails.

Perhaps he was rubbing one out to the pics?

TRX450ER. Has a stage 2 hotcam, carb rejetted, intake ported, HMF full exhaust, curtis sparks CDI, +1 rear and -2 front sprockets, Unifilter, AC Pro nerfs with heel gaurds, gusseted frame, and a Lonestar swingarm with shocks revalved for a rider the same weight as me. It is black on silver. I do want to go with new A-arms, and I may look into better shocks depending on how I like these revalved units.

Bought a bike today. Gonna pick it up tomorrow. Lots of engine work done, but needs some more suspension work.

Drove a CL65 AMG today, twin turbo V12. Did front brakes (4 calipers in front, 2 per wheel). People really pay $225K for that car? What a fucking waste.

Both have the 3800 Buick motor. The best motor on the road... fucking bulletproof. The 88 will have the 4T60E trans, which is pretty solid. They do have some issues with the torque converter clutch, but it is not like every one has it. The Park has the 4T65E, which is slightly beefier. It suffers the same TCC issues but it is less common. The 4T65E has heavier internals so it does rob a bit of WHP and mileage, but the losses are not tremendous. Personally I like the Buick better then the Olds, but they have nasty blind spots. Drive both. They are essentially the same vehicle, powertrain wise. The trans difference is pretty insignificant. Whichever you prefer will be the best bet. It is a great drivetrain, extremely reliable, plenty of power for an NA V6, and really decent fuel economy for a bigish car.

Mustang 2s are the biggest piles of shit. No way I would own one. On that note, I sold my Grand National yesterday. What? All these years I've known you, I assumed you were going to take it 6' under with you. Up until a year ago I would have agreed. But I just got bored. I just finished putting it back together 3 weeks ago, and had 4 offers on it. I had better offers then the one I took, but the guy who bought it is a friend, so I know it will be in a good home. Of course, he did call me yesterday and told me "this thing runs like a scalded dog, is there some way to make it more manageable?" I told him I made it go fast, it is up to him to make it go slow. He may wreck it before too long. Post a farewell pic? Older pic, but she is already gone.

Mustang 2s are the biggest piles of shit. No way I would own one. On that note, I sold my Grand National yesterday. Why?! I've been looking for a Typhoon to daily drive for years. They're either junk or still too rich for me. Even when the market dropped on everything. They seemed to retain their value. The Typhoons are OK, but I prefer the Syclone. They are both like the GN, really. A short lived niche vehicle with gobs of power from a small powerplant. Basically the Typhoon's back seat is unusable, and they weigh a lot more then the Syclone. While neither is really practical, the Syclone seems less so IMO.

Mustang 2s are the biggest piles of shit. No way I would own one. On that note, I sold my Grand National yesterday. Why?! I grew tired of it. I spent the last 2 years begrudgingly putting it back together (rebuilt the motor and trans) and just didn't want to fuck with it anymore. I have other interests and hobbies now. Hell, I had it for 18 years now. It went to my son's best friend's uncle, whom we ride with quite a bit, so it isn't like it will be long gone. If I could find a really clean Syclone I might snag one. But I am thinking the money will go better towards building a nice MX built TRX450R, and maybe getting the wife a new quad. I think a TRX250 would be nice for her with the forgiving sport clutch.
