Look fuckin awesome. I'll check it out. I love XBL2. IMO nothing has ever come close. I will cry if my Adire gear ever shits the bed. 16 cubes sounds a bit big, but not terribly. I am basing this off the 15" Brahmas. I know the Tumults were HT drivers, with what one would would expect to be larger requirements then the 15" Brahmas. But they modled very well in ~25% smaller cabinets, and actually performed better in ~30% smaller cabinets. Granted, the FS was not as low (~22Hz IIRC), but the motor was a bit weaker. I'll take some time this weekend to do a bit of analysis for you. While I have only had my hands on the Exodus Shiva X2, it's behavior was very similar to the B12 MKIIs. It wanted a slightly larger cabinet if I were being anal about it, but it did very well in .8 feet sealed. I am assuming SQ is the goal. XBL2 is very transparent, and if crushing output is the goal you will be disappointed. While the subs move air and deliver solid output, their transparency seems to soften their perceived output. That is why I might suggest slightly smaller then recommended for them. It adds a bit of puch, but does not color them a lot. I also trust you have some good mains. They are true subwoofers, and tend to roll off rather quickly over 75Hz.

Brown nose much? Not at all, we do this for our partner supervisors on the night shifts. Just playin bro. I'd buy you a kick ass meal just because good people are hard to come by. Seal them. XBL2 is an amazing beast sealed. I have some Brahma MKIIs ported in my GN, and I ported a pair in my HT as well. But honestly, when I went sealed they sounded so much better. I went a bit small in the HT, and I suggest you do the same. 18s? Re: 3.1 Le: 0.87mH Fs: 17.7 Hz Qms: 7.8 Qes: .38 Qts: .36 Mms: 494g Cms: .170 mm m/N Vas: 324L Sd: 1182 cm^2 BL: 21.17 Xmax: 33mm Xmech: 42mm I know QTS indicates ported but EBP should be close to sealed. They have so much linear motor that they kick ass sealed. I know the Brahma MKII was sealed QTS with a borderline EBP, but I also had some Tumults that did better seald (IMO). Honestly, I prefer sealed, and even better IB (I have kicked around IB with my Brahmas), so perhaps my opinion is biased; but as a former Adire dealer with several XBL2 drivers to play with, and having played with several others, I can lend a bit of personal insight.

$150 + $150 = $300 $300 < $1500 Not including utils in your expense calculation is idiotic. $1500 for something useful is cheaper than $300 in the garbage. I know I'd surely rather buy something for $1500 than throw away $300. You just asked which was more expensive you never asked about usefulness.

$150 + $150 = $300 $300 < $1500 I bought my wife this Swiss Diamond set and the Swiss Diamond grill pan for Christmas last year. It is a very solid set for non-stick.

We are retiring to Europe. But you need to learn a lot about the laws in the country in which you choose to reside. For example, we are retiring in Italy. For the first 2 years you will pay ~%75 more in property tax, and your energy costs are double what they would be if you were a citizen/property owner for at least 2 years. Also, you have to own property or be a citizen for 2 years before you can get a license. We are buying a house in disrepair (lower property tax value) and will not provide any energy for the house for 2 years. We will visit for 3 months a year, yet rent an apartment so as to give us the minimum time required in the country, yet not have to pay for energy or upgrades to the house. After we have met our 2 year requirement, we will be able to provide energy for the house's reconstruction while saving a small fortune in energy. Plus we will not have to pay the high property taxes when we increase the value of the house. Learn about where you are looking. Europe is fucking amazing. We have traveled to several countries in Europe and the middle east. While there is a lot of amazing stuff in the US, the history and beauty of ages past present in Europe and the middle east is so fucking amazing to me and my wife. I love Nespresso. Can you link the ones you are looking at if possible? The first thing about EDC is that you will actually carry. Tell me also what you find yourself using a knife for most of the time and I can tell you how that blade type will work.I didn't EDC most of my life. I forget so damn often that I haven't spent money on a nice one for me yet. I buy gerbers on sale or even husky's and throw them in the truck. All are less than 10 bucks. I also love folding box cutters. Throw away blade FTW.Then again I used to handle stock and invintory, so it is a habit from dealing with boxes. All changed last Xmas when my BIL got me a little itty bitty nicer Gerber. I carried it ALL the time. My wife carries 3-5 EVERY day. One in her 5th pocket and then a billion in her purse. She is a little country when it comes to that. LoL Originally I was looking at this: http://www.opinel-us...l-folding-knife They're $15 locally But then I noticed these and thought they might be a better option: http://kershaw.kaius...site-blade-leek http://kershaw.kaius...ives/knife/leek Opening packages, cutting cardboard, stripping wire, cutting a fruit, those are the usual chores such a knife would see. I love my Kershaws. I use my Scallion at work constantly. It is not a show or toy knife, it is a work horse. It is out of my pocket at least a dozen times a day. It is used to open packages, cut cardboard, strip wire, cut wire, cut hose. I use it without consideration for it's appearance or a need to prevent it from breaking. I use it really hard. http://warehouse.haddrellspoint.com/product/kershaw-scallion-folding-knives-140113-1.htm?gclid=CIn4nvDrk7QCFRQcnAoddQoA1w#.UMfv3tc0WSo What would I change? It does not hold a good edge. I am constantly sharpening it. It takes a serious edge very quickly, so I am happy about that. 3 or 4 swipes across my stone and you can shave with it, but it does not hold that edge long. The action needs to be kept clean, and you had best use a great thin lube. I use Wurth Maintenance Spray. It is thin, adheres well, and does not attract dirt and grime. I might look into Spiderco blades. You can get into them at local police and military supply stores for ~$50-60. The action is not as nice as the Ken Onion Kershaws, but the blades take a great edge really fast, and they keep the edge. Very sturdy units, and very light. They feel nearly as good in my hands as the Kershaws, but the Kershaws have slightly deeper handles, so they do feel better in my hands,

I know this will come as a surprise, but I was drinking Woodford Double Oaked last night.

No man, I'm Dave!!! fixed I'm going to have to start calling you Seth. LOL Hey.... Bad enough we have like a dozen Matt's and Ryan's, last thing we need is a dozen Seth's /> I imagine your name to be something like Raul, or Eduardo. No logical reason. Just fits you. Just because he voted for Obama doesn't mean he's an illegal...

I like my Kershaws. I have several scallions, chives, and leeks. I use them at work and in my shops. They sharpen quick and easy (I am an old school stone sharpener). The quick actions can be picky, but as long as they are kept clean and lubed they work great. But they tend to dull easily. I use the paper wheels at the bottom of this page. I can literally shave with my pocket knife. http://www.texaswood...g_Equipment.htm *of the shaving and results that is I can believe it. You can shave with my knives too. The paper is impregnated with a compound, and compounding really makes an edge sharp. I use a heavy rubber pad to finish my knives in a very similar fashion.

What a hoot! Wish I would have had a fun thing like that as a kid He got an ATV last year, but in the spring he started riding his buddy's bike. He got really good on it very fast. He never wants to ride his ATV anymore, all he wants to ride is his buddy's bike. I figure my wife can have his old ATV.

Bought my 14 year old a CRF230F today for Christmas. I think he'll be stoked.

BA in liberal arts? LOL....not that useless. Mine is a useful degree I just hate the field /> I sort of started myself down that path career wise and then didn't have the balls to change. I always take an interest in something, and learn everything I possibly can. Then get bored, and move on to something else, so I've been taking my time choosing a field for fear of doing the same. ADHD FTW!!!

Be glad you're not working on a german car. I struggled for a few hours to put back the trim panels which hold the overhead upholstery. Hmm, couldn't disagree more. BMW's are the easiest by far. Basically no manual or schematic necessary as theyusually just make sense. Japanese shit is a fuck show and American in between. Fucking GM is horseshit as the panels tend to explode if you put any force on them. I respectfully disagree. Almost completely I might add. With the work I do, I am disassembling a lot of interiors, too.

That's an 1/8th not a 1/4. Stop referring to these cars as "X" second cars. You go by quarter miles times.

I have Mitchel. I can get almost every diagram. However, Hyundai/Kia offer factory data for free. Someone got lucky. And the ETM pages never load. Just my luck, eh? Guess they never heard of PDF's... And the ETM pages never load. Just my luck, eh? Guess they never heard of PDF's... Does not work properly in Firefox. I'm a dumbass. Carry on my wayward sons... I should have mentioned... IE only, unfortunately. I trust you got what you needed. If not, just ask. I'll send you the diagrams that are missing. Might I ask what you are doing?

Your wish is my command LOL www.hmaservice.com It is the Hyundai factory data. Signup is free.

Don't sweat it. I am horrible with names, Bill.

Nope. If they got on top of the motor, I would be checking the rail line pressure sensor wires, or possible the sensor itself. If they got through the lines then some plastic may be stuck in the sensor.

Why the fuck is everyone glorifying Jovan Belcher? Fuck that guy, I hope he is burning in hell.

Well the sako isn't that heavy. A 20 pound gun for me isn't so heavy to walk with. As for hunting, there is much less running around than most thing. In the woods you find a stand and..... wait. In the plains you spend your time looking and moving slowly. 20 pounds is fuckin heavy. My old 22.250 varminter weighed in at ~9.5 pounds, and that was heavy. Why not look at the Tikka Super Varmint series. It is available in 7MM Mag, .300WM and .338WM. Weighs in at 8.5 pounds Seriously, show my a double barrel that weighs 20 pounds. My Model 37 is like 6.5 pounds. I'll carry that over a 20 pound match rifle any day.

Find me something in an adjustable stock with a repeater action and box magazine that is a 7mm WSM or better, non belted round, for less than 3000 and I will be all up in it's grill! ;-D Aside from What are you shooting that you need such a heavy round?
-
Glass is important. If you can't see, you can't shoot.
-
I love Sako/Tikka, but why do you want to spend so much money? I could see it if you were really shooting match/professionally, but really? It isn't all about the gun, it is really about the shooter. An old neighbor of mine used to blabber about his $8,000 match skeet shotgun. We went out shooting, him with his pricey shotgun and me with my old Ithaca Model 37. I schooled him. No, I am not an amazing shot, but I have been shooting that gun forever.
