what did she hit with this?? these big suv's can take a lot of damage so im guessing it totaled whatever it hit lol. i hit a newer hyundai or whatever with my 95 ford ranger and my bumper was literally in her back seat. her car was totaled big time and the only thing it did to my truck was break my turn signal light and bent my grille a little lol. all these new cars are made of plastic and shit instead of metal... older vehicles FTMFW hahahaha

if u have a 200amp alt, id say all u need is like a xs2400 or so in the back and you should be good. also, this just popped up.... http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/54212-sundown-saz2500/ perfect power for 1 zcon also another thing to consider when buying the sub, i went with a dual 1 ohm so that if i wanted to, i could add a second zcon adnt run them both at 1 ohm together.. which was a good idea at the time because i am adding another zcon 15 here shortly but if u only plan on just doing 1, dual 2 is the way to go for a 1 ohm load

sundown saz3000 would be nice:) i have my aq3500.1 running@2 ohms (2600watts) and the zcon lovess it. i also was thinking bout a kicker zx2500.1 but then remembered u said ur zcon was dual 2 so its going to be ran at 1 ohm. yeah id most deff. looking into some sundown amps. P.S. if u dont find a nice map in your price ranger on this forum, you could look into caraudioclassifieds.org they have a bunch of ued equipment and decent prices... BUT be careful and do your homework on the product before you buy.

ok, so a buddy of mine just bought 2 NS 15 v2's brand new and is getting rid of his old stuff. he builds his own boxes and what not. well i purchased 2 mtx 9500's off him awhile back and when he sold them, he bought a brand new dd 9500G 15 and built a sick ass custom dual ported box for it. i heard he was getting a new system and asked how much for the box because it fits all my dimensions. to my surprise, he said $300 for box AND sub...... only catch is the sub has one blown coil. SO my question is..... do i fix the DD and sell it to get a second zcon 15;) or do i fix the DD and sell the zcon and do 2 dd 9500 15's??? when i do get the box and sub off him (sunday) i will have the zcon. if i do decide to sell either the dd or zcon, it wont be for atleast a month probably longer so the zcon will be in that box for a while. after i fix the dd, ill have around $225 in it total. here are a few pics of the dd and the SICK box

i think thats what im going to do. thats my second dream system my first is 1 ddz 15 on a saz4500 but there like 3G each soo that will never happen haha. thats why its just a dream.

Not true at all .... Magnet slugs are imported from overseas. SSA is proudly built in USA as are the Sundown sub woofers. Both great USA Based companies. id rather have just a part or two imported from overseas than just about everything from over seas (sundown) im very patriotic to our homeland here either sub u go with you wil be happy. but the zcon has my vote. it has proved itself to me what it can do and im very pleased

if i do the 2 zcon 15's, will 1 aq3500.1 be enough for both? ill have a 270amp alt. and a xs2400 in the back with all 0 gauge wiring. iv heard the aq3500.1 will do [email protected] ohm safely. now i know everyone here says its never safe to run it at .5 but thats just what i heard.

i have 1 zcon 15 on a AQ3500.1 (2 ohms 2600watts) and i wouldnt give it up for a NS... but thats just me. the zcon sounds AMAZING and get REALLY loud haha. maybe this will help... PLZ EXCUSE THE SQ. I SHOT THE VID WITH MY PHONE AND IT DONT LIKE SUBS HAHA. this is being ran off a stock 130amp alt. so i would be surprised if it even getting rms :/ skip ahead to 1:15 for some flexx

not sure. he lives about 2 and a half hours south of me so were going to meet up in lexington Ky tomorrow. it was like pulling teeth to get the mesaurments of the box from him lol. but he is constantly working so i completly understand why... I have a feeling its not tuned to 35hz. i may be wrong. when we last talked about the box, it was 2 or 3 weeks ago... either way, it should sound damn good

so last night, me and my buddy decided to go ahead and plast-dip what we had origionally planned. so went to lowes, and bought 3 can and a roll of painters tape for $27. i took photo's from start to finish and a little video (with a treat at the end to myself haha front bumper taped up and ready to go sides are ready as well first layer first layer side forst layer bumper final instead of having white paint, tan botome trim, and black rims, its all whine and black another craigslist gem of mine. $30 :) (box) video: LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU ALL THINK!!
