i was just sitting around today and thought of how sweet it would be to have a nice ssa lanyard for my keys since i keep losing them lol. just a thought fellas

nice. id like to get one for myself, and possibly my girl lol (if they come in pink or blue lol) it was just a idea. i threw my old kicker one away when i realized they were far from the best products in my eyes lol.

i just realized this.. but since i have taken everything out and have no bass, i havent listened to rap at all.... weird lol

well i was at a stop light with the system on about 1/4 the way up so not drawing much power. my volt meter was reading 13.8-14V constent. then when i took off from the stop light i cranked her back up to around 3/4 volume ( slowly increased volume) and i heard a loud squeel from under the hood and everything shut off ( HU,amp subs, ect. ) my volt meter was going nuttsssss. it went from 14V down to 12.1 in a milla second and eveything was powered off so nothing was drawing power besides the truck running. so now i have to find a replacement alt with hardly any cash... im F'd in the A big time now.

i miss my cvx 15's. just build a better box for them. once them things are ported, they will come alive im telling u lol. my buddy had 2 of the newest modle cvx 15's on a alpine mrp2000 in a jeep and still do this day, are one of the loudest systems iv ever heard.

idk my cousin (the previous owner) made it. he had the box of switches for the strobes and a switch for the amp remote going to it.

also, i just got off the phone with my local shop buddy who has the yellow top. he said it was in his wifes car for a few months and then he took it out because they sold the car and its been sitting for 3 months or so and only been on a charger once since then. he said he will charge it all day tomorrow and i can swing by and pick it up, throw it in and use it for a few days to make sure it works as it should. if it does, i pay him for it in a week or so. if it dont work, no biggy he will take it back. that way i can make sure it works 100% before i give any cash on it. does $75 sound good? lol

belts still on never came off. i did some research and i think my regulator is just shot. i still drive my truck everyday. but ever since that whole deal with everything shutting off, my volt meter still goes from 13.4-14.3v like nothing. before all this, it was a steady 14.1-14.3v with system off. i took everything out yesterday becasuse i didnt want my alt. suddenly throwing out 18v and blowing my amp and subs.

to be honest.. im not sure how my alt and everything lasted as long as it did. even when i was driving and beating harddd, my voltage would only drop into the low 13's. and at idle, it would drop into the mid to low 12's.. how.. idk lol but i am going to pick up a yellow top under the hood and a deka 9a31 for the rear on the 15th of this month. before i upgrade to my future 2 aq2200's i will make sure my electric is up to par for it. id really like to get 2 or 3 xs d3100's in the back but once again, money is a issue lol

Normally I only make $300 every two weeks and I don't spend a dime except on gas. My work is rather far away and I only get 15mog at the best.. $8/hr sucks big time. And I'm limited on hours.. atleast I was lol. Last week I clocked out with 45hrs and so far this week, I on track for another $40+hr week. I was planning on saving all of it but this happened but its gotta be fixed

i have a new alt. all lind up thanks to a freind lol. and its H/O

its funny, whenever i work the normal 20-25hrs/week at work (part time student), nothing breaks down or screws up.. BUT as soon as i start working some good hours (45hrs last week and as for this week, im on track for another 40+hr week) something goes wrong and i have to spend all my extra cash to fix it lol. anyone else have this problem?
