well i got her on!!!! i had a small delay yesterday when i installed her... when i out the turbo on the first time, i must have grabbed the oil return line that comes off the turbo and pulled it out of the high pressure oil pump (HPOP) so when i cranked her over, there was 2 gallons of oil on the floor in a matter of seconds... so today after work, i took the turbo BACK off and got the oil return line situated. heres a video from last night Pics: new turbo on right, old on left!! f**k yeah Video: More to come!!

for one, i dont even think they make a 88mm VGT turbo for my truck hahaha. and two, if i go with any bigger of a turbo, my trans will take a shit and ill be looking at spending 4-5k on a new one... cant be doing that haha

Decided to make a thread where everyone can share what they got into during the weekend. rather it be something fun, or just a crazy story, lets hear it! I shall start i suppose. went to the strip club last night for the first time... got thrown out about 2 hrs after we got there haha. A guy sitting at the table next to me and my buddies gave us some beers and me being under 21, of course the bouncers wasnt having it. My buddy grabed the beer after i told him not to and pooped the top. shortly after, bouncer walks over and tells my buddy who was drinking the beer and myself to call it a night due to ppl seeing us underage drinking... I didnt even touch a bottle or nothing but i didnt argue. I was running out of money anyways! lol Went back to my buddies house and got tore up from the floor up hahahahaha

i hope so for $1800!! lol cant wait to do my injctors... then ill be right at 600RWHP.. not much will be able to touch me then

haha come on now guys.. i dropped $1800 on just this single turbo lol i cant afford 6-10k on some turbos lol im completly happy with 550hp lol should be around 13.3-13.6 in a quarter mile with this turbo.

got one solo x 18 d2 left here. has a brand new recone. not a single scuff or mark on it and coils are shinny as can be. Motor has some scratched on the bottom and basket has a few marks.. nothing major though. Im not really looking for trades unless u have subs and cash... I perfer to meet up to sel lthins thing due to the sub being 100lbs... but i will ship as long as buyer pays full shipping. im looking for $325 plus shipping.. i thinks thats a damn fair price especially since its got a brand new recone....

Well iv been looking into getting a nice pull behind camper to take to all my diesel shows and camping, so as im looking, most decent 25+fts start around 4-5k. i came across this.. a 2007 keystone 30ft camper. I got the NADA price on it (kelly blue book for cmapers) and it booked for $9500... i got it for $3000 and NO, ITS NOT STOLEN!!!!! I got a clean and clear title for it. the owner inharited it and didnt have any idea what he had or what it was worth. i went and picked it up a halfhour after he posted it lol as i was signing the title, 3 ppl called and said they had cash in hand haha another great scoop! cant wait to get this thing up to slamology next year! Has 2 queen size beds, a bunk bed, full bathroom and shower, fully ducted heating and air, stove,oven.. i love this thing!

hey, just wanted some input as to shipping these solo x 18s.... i was thinking on doing something very simular to ssa shipping ( plywood on top and bottom, 2x4s on each side) inside of a big cardboard box. what do u guys think? dont tell me there gonna be alott$$ to ship.. i know this lol buyers have agreed to pay full shipping

well i have a long story here... i sold my sa8v2s and shipped them to the buyer.. well he got them and tested them with a dmm and one subs coils read 1.6ohm each (d2 sub) and one sub read 3.0ohm each coil (d4 sub) i was supposed to get 2 d4 subs. so now, i have to give dude his money back, pay for return shipping ($110 both ways now) and as far as im concerned, both 8s are shot... i bought them brand new off ssa 2 months ago. some may ask.. why didnt you check em with a dmm when u got em? well the way i see it, i shouldnt have to being i bought them brand new..... also, when i took them out of my truck, my amp was in protection.. hopefully its not shot but it aint looking good. so now im out around $500 because someine F'd up my order and im pissed..... as u can see here, someone put tape over the d2 and wrote in a 4.. both boxes said d4 ohm. this was "sopposed" to be the other d4 sub.. it jumps anywhere from 1.5ohm to 1.8ohm each coil... Now, i aint one to start some shit over nothing, but i felt iv been done wrong. im not sure if i should be posting this is the sundown section or ssa but i figured since its your brand of subs, might as well post it here. i tried just keeping this between mark and yself, but i have yet to get a pm in responce and i cant be waiting around

as i said before, i feel that when i buy a product brand new, i should not have to test them... is it a good idea? yeah but i did not have a dmm on hand. i still feel i have gotten the short end of the stick.. no matter what you or anyone else here has to say lol still some bullshit

That doesn't matter.. What matters is how it was used. Most of us run our amps daily like that, but not at full tilt all crazy. i ran my old aq3500 at .5 ohm daily for months... this on the other hand is a audiopipe1500... lol

stuck in protection. it been running around a half ohm for around 2 months.
