10" diameter slugs, triple stacked. The pole flare is a bit shallower and narrower than I wanted... but we'll see how it does with testing. I have the coils, spiders, cones, etc waiting for it here! It's most likely a knob on the crossover board - probably the gain pot on CH 3 since touching it causes a problem.

I believe you sent it to dB-R for repair ? We won't know what happened with it until he is done working on it. Occasionally with all models something will happen that testing didn't pick up - as we can't test every amp for two days

Testing from the factory indicates 5800 @ 1 ohm resistive @ 2% THD on 18v. So my testing is actually pretty close to what the factory tested on a test load.

You can run two sealed in 2 cubes.

It would be at 2 ohms so it would be just a little bit too much - you could *easily* run two with a 1500D.

The new surround is also a bit stiffer - it may call for a slightly larger enclosure to get it moving like the old woofer
