Yours made it safely

?hey jacob is that a nightshade 10 behind the laptop on the floor in the video? It is a 12" that UPS broke.

The SAZ series are a substantial upgrade in toughness and low impedance / high voltage stability. The SAE-1200D is a great every day amp when set up properly.
-
And it climbed again to 154.7 at the nSPL show later in the evening
-
Well then... forum updates for the lose! I'll fix em.
-
I will be gone all day today and back at work on Monday.
-
Glad you like em - these things are great... can't say enough about how much I like them.
-
Bit too large... go for 3 - 3.5 net after displacements.
-
what was the rise? Didn't measure rise. My clamp will give a power read out without breaking down voltage and current.
-
They are here! Will be shipping them over the next few days.
-
Two 3500D. I am not using the full power, of course, but I had two 3500s installed already
-
We have been using a plastic domed pole plug for our cooling option for some time now. I decided to take a new route and these will be shipping as of orders placed today and beyond. They were made down the street here in Troutman, NC Solid aluminum plugs! The shape is a bit more aerodynamic than the old plug as well: Also, being aluminum, the plug itself will soak up some heat.

Just clamped power... 4840 watts total power on my clamp. So about 1200 per sub on a burp to do that score -- this run was 153.4 dB as well, a tenth higher
-
153.3 dB @ 47 Hz so far I'll clamp the power shortly... but I don't think it is really all that much all things considered. HU is at -10 on sub control -- as far down as it goes. I had it at -4 to put up the 154.1 with the single Nightshade 15"

It's a totally different amp.
-
All of the remaining SAE-1200Ds are being sold on e-bay @ blowout pricing.
-
It will still be an SAE amplifier. The prototype I'm looking at will be strappable, though.

http://www.db-r.com Contact Chris -- he does all repair work -- he can quote you an estimate.
-
I don't yet have an ETA.
-
There is an updated SAE-1200D in the works.
-
Ask the guys making the RCAs Cheap "standard" RCAs work great but whenever they start getting fancy with them the inside plug size gets weird and won't make good contact with the jack.

I will post with anything new.
