The OEM has thermal specs on them but that's why Loyd has one - to see what they are capable of doing...

Your mother must love you very much!

1) No real colour scheme, as that can easily be adjusted, but if you think some colour variations are good, by all means, include them. 2) Nope 3) Probably not, since it will take some time to get that done up. 4) Nope. Just use your imagination!

That's a pretty good way to get the smaller radius'.

Just firming up some numbers with the OEM. I should have an answer from them by the end of next week.

I used to use my fingernail..

I too have a homemade one - out of masonite. Similar to the Jasper. Wish I could use the Jasper but my router won't fit it... For a pin you can snag one of those metal pins you see in cheap tv/stereo cabinets. Home Depot sells them in the nail/screw/misc section.

My post is based on one driver only - this could be where the discrepancy is. Perhaps I should have mentioned that - sorry.

Hi Bigrock, A 1 cube box gives a Qtc of ~0.54 and a decent F3 for the box size. Going larger will decrease Qtc and result in a higher F3. You may not notice the difference, but you can always experiment with adding fibreglass or polyfill. This can increase box "volume" by up to 30%. Add 0.2 cubes for driver volume (each). Best, Mark
