When are they going to be ready?!?!?! -
I am getting alot of splitting seams on my box. I use liquid nails and drywall screws, I drill pilot holes, put glue on both pieces that are getting joined, space the screws apart 4-6 inches and still my box comes apart. I use 3/4 MDF. I know more bracing will help, but I have a little over 4 cu. ft. and don't want to go less than that. Yall got any tricks?!?!? Or is that why I always see box builds, lol !

I never realizied how much I needed sound deadener until today, I got dual Flowmasters installed and resonators removed, I was thinking how much of my sound goes out!

I'm now making a box for that AA Havoc (thanks nick!). Outers are 35"w x 17"h x 15"d. I don't know where I got the calculator, but it's showing a 1"w x 15.5" h x 9" long port will give me 30.19 hz... 4.09 cu ft. ... Is this calc right?

Where Do I get a recone for an AA Havoc 15" d2?!?!? Can I use a Fi?!?!

O.k.,I must have broken leads, I got the knife part for the cone and surround, what glue do I use to put that back together? Can I use a Fi recone, I saw some for sale?!?!?!?

Blew the 2 HX2 15"s (again), gotn with 2 Fi Bl 15"s, each on their own amp, in their own box, I have a Punch 1000, and a T1000, so if something goes wrong with 1, I still have 1.

I like!!! I have a '97 and was planning something along the same lines. I have 2 15'' HX2's now, looking to upgrade 15's!!! -
Or another box!!! I got a '97 Grand Prix , you can fit a box 35x17x30-32 I was planning on doing 2 boxes 35x17x15 ea. for 2 15''s, 1 facing forward and 1 facing backwards....
