Lmao i never made a recommendation How much glycogen is stored in the body vs adipose tissue? How reliant is the body on fat for an energy source when you primarily eat carbs? Now what about when you primarily eat fat? How does this effect endurance, and weight loss? im asking about YOU Are you fat? Are you diabetic? How intense are your workouts? Fat is not as readily mobilized and utilized as energy compared to glycogen, it also does not fuel the brain. The brain relies on glucose. I'm not fat, but I'm still trying to lower my bf%. I'm not diabetic. My workouts are intense enough that they are primarily being fueled with glycogen--not fat. That's a no brainer. However, that doesn't mean I should eat more carbs then what I already do. Nor does it mean that I don't heavily rely on fat when I go running. I'm not going to dwelve into the topic of ketones, but I specifically said I ate enough carbs. Enough carbs to fuel the brain, refeed glycogen stores, and not resort to gluconeogenesis (although if it did, it wouldn't be a big deal obviously). Thats all i really asked because now your low carb diet makes sense. I would have assumed you were trying to gain strength and mass also.

Plank exercises work your core muscles quite well I don't doubt it. It would just take several minutes of holding in place. Most core muscles dont work much while in motion, hence sit ups being a waste for core strength mostly. In martial arts we would have what was translated to "mental forms", a kind of static kata. They were define effective at causing muscle soreness. Stanind in a T position for 10 min each side with a board on your back was debilitating! Planks get much harder the farther you push your elbows forward and the closer your stomach is to the ground What i usually do is hold a fairly difficult position for ~30 secs then start sliding my elbows forward until im as close to the ground as possible without touching it and hold that till i collapse lol. The last few seconds im all shaking to strain and my core feels like its going to split in half lol

Hey it's a "help me pick" thread, but don't worry I go
trod2902 replied to SomeGuyDude's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
I would start buy graphing different box sizes and tunings for each subwoofer to determine which enclosure parameters gives each sub their "optimal" response, then i would compare those drivers to each other in their graphed "optimal" enclosure. i put optimal in quotes because that is based on preference. The recommended enclosure specs are generic, you want to find those specifications that will net the results/response YOU want. Of course cabin gain plays a huge role so it might be necessary to build several boxes in order achieve the exact sound you want, but that depends on how particular you are. -
Id go about 160 in^2

the weightlifting session should consist of lifting SMD motors as many times as possible lol

The only problem i had with them was due to how they fall off when i look down or do something like shooting hoops, but i just wear a sweat band over them and i can do whatever while enjoying wireless freedom and good sound. The band also improves the bass response a little and blocks out some noise because it squeezes them a little on your ears.

just bought these http://www.jaybirdgear.com/sb2/bluetooth-headphones-features.html# in black and I love them. They dont have the best sound quality because of bluetooth but they are great regardless imo. Also, jaybird makes bt earbuds, the "freedom" series. They come with a liftetime sweat warrantee too.

It might be possible to have your icon reconed from a 12" to 15" or 18". That would require that you buy a new basket also though. Just a thought.

port area?

Since the box is so small compared to the wavelengths of this different bass notes, how can a tube prevent the combining of compression and rarefaction? I dont see how that will eliminate any reflection to prevent cancellation. I would think cancellation would still occur in the tube, as well as the rest of the box but idk.

Do you mean compared to 2 18's? Not sure what you're asking. Also, "Sound good" is completely subjective so could you better define what you're after?
