I took 1 and 2 and when i got to the second one i was like is this shit again? i was so glad to finish with it, its so useless in my field but i think im gonna need some of it for pchem next semester

Chaos probably But dont worry, LSU will destroy them

As said earlier, box volume has nothing to do with port area, it all depends on the amount of air the driver displaces. So saying "20 sq in per cube" and such is not helping your argument as it appears you dont understand how to design a port around the drivers parameters.
-
Hes also the only guy who would give you a then tell you to lmao
-
Im assuming thats net volume after all displacements?
-
it means output is more even across a frequency range, as opposed to being "peaky". So yes, its more musical.

Didn't expect that, was expecting it to go to CrApCO. Lies and deceit don't belong here. Fit at SMD. this was his last post 16 days ago.... maybe kevin sent some goons to murk him

Do have an amp yet?
-
i see them just fine as well, maybe your browser settings have something to do with it notorious?
-
ported would "impress" more people because it is louder than sealed, but you need to determine if you can fit a properly built ported enclosure. The high qts option is for sealed applications so do not get it if you plan to run ported. Also, it would probably be best to just buy the car first then worry about subs afterwards.

i dont see how theres no room for an amp that is 5.25" x 8.25" x 2" (the vibe amp julian listed) that lil pucker will fit somehwere lmao but ill probably just piss the op off some more wit this post

need to double baffle in this case?
trod2902 replied to Curtis96olds's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
The purpos of a double baffle is to add mass in order to strengthen and prevent flex If the op can provide sufficient bracing to achieve the same effect then I don't believe it's absolutely necessary to double baffle -
Ik theyre nuns but don't be silly, wrap your willy!

Haha nuns need love too lol

Real nice I probably would not have gone with a pink logo but to each his own

It's gonna be 2 Fi BL 12's fully loaded. The box is gonna be built by a local shop and I requested a pretty big port to move some air so they asked me for the size of port i wanted. Its gonna be 5 ft3 and tuned to 33 hz. i would use about 80 inches of port area calculator says 65 but from personal experience with the BL they perform better with a little more so if i made the port 16x5 how deep would it need to be or is there other dimensions you would use? heres a calculator for that Port calc if your net internal volume is 5 cubes and 16x5 port then it needs to be 32 inches long thanks bro i appreciate the help can i post whats going in my car in this section or do i need to create a new one If you want to do a build log then start a new one in that section. Show us some pics man!

You may be surprised, might have just enough room for a lower power full mount sub -

Have you taken any measurements, are you sure he needs a shallow mount?
