I would go with the aq1200 because the bc2000d is on back order right now. But I just got my bc2000d to power a single 15 xcon and its a well built amp for the money! -

Buy either one from sonic electronix. Hifonics and MB Quart made by the same company maxsonics. Better prices at sonic!

Photo bucket Yes if you are running two subs. One normal and one inverted you need to reverse the polarity on the inverted sub. -

You could hook a mp3 or Ipod to the amp with a rca adapter and see if that fixes the problem.
