    Hook a dmm to the speaker output and set it to acvolts and see if you get a reading. No speakers hooked up. The reading should be jumping around unless you can play a tone.

    I bought a mint 2 month old nendo 2k for $225 shipped, usually they go for $275-300 which is still decent pricing used. Good luck finding one!Try dbr electronics and see if they have anything used.

    It just gives you a place to start. Your ears and senses need to do the final adjustment.
