Not under normal conditions. I have seen batteries never need cleaning. -

The sub sonic filter is preset at 28hz for that amp.

So I need to buy a new top bracket is what you're saying? The one that puts tension on the belt. -

I would try a new tensioner first. Also the pulley may be getting worn because its just soft aluminum. -

This is A pic of my mechman 300amp on a 2009 jeep. I am not close to full amp draw.It is a six grove belt withe at least 35% belt rap. -

I have used the gcon 12 and loved it. Fi also builds great subs but I have only used their ssd 15 x 2 and loved their performance. 148.9 db on a aq2200.

Thats bad. If Fi cant contact you and let you know whats going on. Almost like stetsom service.lol All I can say its bad for their reputation. They were never this bad before.

SSA stuff is built in the USA not china.

I would go with a single ssa gcon 12 d2 for a sub if you want better output. We need to know your budget for this build. I see you want to stay around 1500. I would get rid of the rear speaker and spend the money on some good comps for the front. Use a good three channel amp.
