new understanding...the crossover allows the tweeters to be run on the same channel as the speakers right? so then you could just wire them the same as the 2 ways correct? Correct.

With that head unit you should use a 4 channel amp to power your 2ways.No to the second question.

How much of a power increase? Even doubling the power won't get you that much louder. You would need a spl meter to tell.

Building the proper box is more important then how much power you use.

Thats fast compared to stetsom amps.

1200wrms would be cool.

If he has extra money I would upgrade to the spr-60 speakers.

If he can get the R's they are a better speaker.
