I would move up to a gcon if you want to run watts 600rms.

If you have a Sears store near you. I would get their 34 series platinum agm battery. If thats not enough then you will have to add a second battery near the amps. -
Why do my lights flicker with a 300amp mechman in a 2009 Jeep liberty? Charging voltage driving down the road is 14.4 plus and it never goes below 13.4 with the stereo cracked up all the way. I am only drawing around 2000 watts.

I think it depends on the vehicle.

But the voltage never drops below a resting voltage? So that one volt or so might still make the lights flicker?
-
You need to wait for some answers from the experts on going acitve.
-
Are you looking at going active or staying passive?
-
Okay thanks alot guys.

But my voltage at the amp never drops below 13.4. Neither did mine I assumed it had something to do with my Jeeps PCM My problem is limited space for a second battery.

I already checked and cleaned the grounds and all the other connections.

Thats what I was kind of thinking. Or the voltage reg. can't react fast enough.

Nice looking build!

No, you're out $500 for your own negligence. Grow up and take some responsibility. Take this as a lesson learned. +1
