Why are the 6.5's a bad idea? You just need front 6.5's. None in the rear doors to create live type music.

Why your charging system is so important
pmureika replied to Sencheezy's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Yep you have to consider all the cars electrical draw as well as the amp or amps. -
I love their amps also but wasn't impressed with the subs!

I don't have the amp with me. So I can't post any pics right now.

Spend your money to sound deaden the car. I don't see any advantage in doing a properly built box.

Battery Charging Problem
pmureika replied to papa69smurf's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
You will be fine as long as you use at least a fuse rated to what the alternator is rated for. Yes you will be fine. -
Use your order number and ask in the ssa section. Xcons are worth the wait. I have had several.
-
Do you have to turn the amp off and back on to get them to start working again?

pmureika replied to S.DeYoung's topic in For Sale/Wanted
Look at the IA website. http://www.incriminatoraudio.com/index.php/products/subwoofers/lethal-injection-subwoofer.html -
Sure that's one way to go. There will be a crossover to mount that the original speaker wires go to and then you run wires from it to your mids and tweeters.

They sound better then co axials but are harder to install.
-
I would email Fi about that. [email protected]
-
That would be my choice also.

How serious are you about how your music sounds? And how much do you want to spend? How often do you spend long times listening to music in your car?
-
You are going to need a computer or see if someone on the forum will design you a box.
