Why so much power? That's just what my friend recommended, he said they like quite a bit of power. I was originally gonna get a saz-1500, So if 2-2.2k is too much, i'll get that. Does manufacturer recommendations mean anything.They say 600rms each not 1000 plus.

Do you know how that couldve happened ?? What amp/s are you using? What is your electrical like? Maybe to much power? Need more details on power electrical ,box type?
