How did you set the gain? By ear Wronnggggg way to set gains You can set by ear but did he give the head unit a 50hz signal have the head unit set to 80% volume and then do it.

Your ssf is NOT at 70hz....at least i hope it isn't EDIT: Dammit you mean the lpf is at 70hz. We need to know what your Sub-Sonic Filter is set to? Please tell me you have one? Umm.. I meant the x-over freq. The subsonic filter is on but there's nowhere to set it at? Its pre set at 25hz.

Thanx, but this is probably where the disclaimer should come in. I'm in no way any kind of professional nor claim to be one, it's strictly a hobby for me. I'm also not a competitor, have never built a competition build or had the opportunity to personally design and build for very large, very high powered systems, nor do I intend to anytime soon I'll leave that for the professionals. That being said, I'm sure there's people who will find problems with the design and that's fine as I'm not perfect and I'm sure it could be done better. For a zcon i would recommend double mdf. 3/4 x 2. -

I must say that if that's the case it was an extremely rare oversight on our part. I appreciate the fact that you could help out Sean and am sorry that you had to. doesnt fix the problem
