    steve's anti-cliiping device

Agreed. Probably because Meade is helping work on it. Everytime I've seen his name mentioned on here, its been followed by numerous bashes (*cough* M5). I guess they're just haters.... I dunno

2 BL 15's... with what map?

I would strap 2 Sundown 1500Ds at 2 ohm..or Audioque 1200Ds. I'd prefer the more power from the Sundownz though
  3. This is true. BUT, wouldnt this only apply to an amp with a regulated power supply?

    So Many Questions..........

Thats the one I recommended in my first post Definitely. We were all there at some point. Youre supposed to plan the dimensions before you build the box, so youre all good. With Torres' box calculator, you play around with numbers (possible dimensions).

    What 15" to get ?

I was JUST going to suggest that LOL

    So Many Questions..........

    1) I would recommend you to use Torres' Box Calculator. Its a lot "cleaner" and easier to use imo. If you have any questions with it, feel free to PM me. 2) The more the total port displaces, the less internal airspace is in the box. The left of the black line you drew is where the port ended.

    ipods over cd's?

Ipods are easier to manage/organize and don't skip when the bass hits

BTL N2 12" subwoofer box size. help

What amp do you have and what would be its nominal impedance? Im assuming this'll be for daily groundpounding? What type of music do you listen to?
  9. Dont Crecendos have insanely bright tweeters? Ive heard RF Power Comps and loved them. I havent heard a true SQ system though, so my expectations were amazing

    Tuning 2 18" Fi BTL's

What if the car is odd and peaks at 30Hz?

Dust cap blew off BTL 15

Like what was said before, just use epoxy. But I would personally find the root of the problem before playing the sub because it may lead to a bigger problem.

    Solve this math problem

The answer is 2. I just tried it two different ways on pen and paper. This is algebra (which I got a 92 average in last year). It's just basic P.E.M.D.A.S.

    Retirement of old friends

I had a Blackberry Tour and switched to a Droid Incredible in the summer. I thought it'd be hard to switch too. In fact, Android actually pushed me away from BB. I don't miss the lag or loading sign in the middle of the screen hahah. I don't miss the "dial-up" internet either My 1Ghz Snapdragon processor and 528(?) MB of RAM are really convenient. I didnt use BBM though, so it'll obviously be a little different for you.

    Mazda Tribute x-con build

I found this build from a Google search, and am very happy I did! I like everything about this build. I have a question, have you tried subs up, port back? If so, which setup was louder? The only reason I'm asking is because I'm looking into an '03 Tribute. I currently have a SAZ-3k too. I was looking into either AA Havocs or Fi BTL N1s (when they come out) though.

Ascendant Audio/Fi- Their bad ass product are built and made here in the US (for the most part)Kenwood- I heard a pair of their subs, and they sounded amazing for the priceMechman- They have good customer service and their alts are affordable, but reliablePioneer- Good headunits for a good price.Rockford Fosgate- Constant Power is the main reason. I like all the technology that goes into the 3Sixtys too.Secondskin Audio- Their Deadener serves it purposeSundown- I love my Sundown 3k. I just dont like how the products are produced and built in ChinaTechforce Services- Richard is very professional, laid back, funny, and is easy to get in touch with
