Thought I was getting first shot at the prototype? I'd like to try it on the 4 SAZ-1500's and see how it does........ I have no clue how my rearview is still on, no clue at all. I blow windshield seals 2 minutes after having them replaced, but somehow the mirror still holds on.

Thanks. I had all but gave up on SPL competitions until I met a few guys that did NSPL, and said it was a lot more laid back and friendly, so I gave it a try, and liked it a lot at my first show. I was even about to take 2 amps out of my car for another competitor who was having problems with his, and he was competiting in the same class as I was. Jacob was there, he'll vouch for that.

I really don't hold any secrets anymore, I had my fill of those trying to run Street A with people who wouldn't help anyone out, and covered their stuff with blankets. Everything on mine is in the open, and I'll pop the trunk anytime someone wants to see it. The only thing that is a secret is the internals of my box, even though there are pics on the net of it, I don't give out the dimensions. I'm just in Pro Trunk to have some fun and make some new friends, I really don't care if someone is louder than I am.

Based on past scores, it'll be close, could go either way depending on what he's done over the break. He may come out and spank me like a baby. Either way, I'm happy with the new setup and if I don't keep the record, oh well, that's the way it goes, but for something that'll still play music, it's impressive to say the least.

Well, I just realized about 30 minutes ago that April 8th is Easter............. I have 3 kids, so it looks like I won't be there, unless it's late in the day, I'll cruise in and burp at the last minute.

Yeah, you're wrong...... Fi BTL 10's still aren't being produced as far as I know. They are DD 9510's.

absolutely perfect for my needs....... replace the 9510's with 99z's and the 4 1500's with 3000's and it should be unbearable.

Jake, what's the fusing on the SAZ-3000, I would get 4, but have to stay under 1200 amp fusing in my class in NSPL.

x3, but mine are still covered.................but then again, I've got 4 kinetik 2400's and a 1400 running my 4.

I would have to agree, a local guy that got a Sundown from me showed up to install it at .7 ohms running a factory battery that was 10 years old, 4 gauge no-name brand wire, and the terminal on the battery was just hanging on there by a thread. I told him not to install it with it like that, but of course he did anyway once he left, and then complained about the lack of power.

I'll trade up to 2 of the 3000's when the time comes and they are ready.

what coil configuration are you running? I've got 4 Sundowns reserved for 2 9510's at 1 ohm strapped per pair coming very soon.

Don't worry about them, they'll be fine, all 5 of them......
