i have a brand new laptop (need a new router for the house though) and it was still a slow fix. but after it resized, i thought the photos doubled somehow. 8 AA mids??? Thats going to be amazing. wish i could hear it when its all done
-
well you'll have a lot more space than i because i have the stupid spare tire inside. (i'm two wheel drive so i don't get the swing arm). i cleaned up all the wiring since those photos. i just need warmer weather so i can get the sub box disconnected from the amp rack so i can carpet it and secure the rack by the tail gate (i used the stock tie downs as a bolting point for my rack in the front closest to the seats.)

its not the shop your thinkin, hes a stereotypical arab.....its a cell phone shop, he also works part time at a party store, as well as a gas station! GO ALKITA! HAHAHAHA, thanks for the clarification. obviously he works hard enough to pay the bills and such for his envoy

2 door blazer or 4 door? here is a JL 12w7 ported on top of my amp rack in my 04 2 door this was before i carpeted the bottom.

what do DB subs sound like? clarity? (obviously loud as heck)
-
Hove, where is your shop?
-
that is amazing and i might have to come hear that real soon. i need more bass

so, after reading your thread, seeing who is commenting on it and where, i realized there are a ton of people in the metro Detroit area. i'm really impressed with your build so far and everyone else around here
-
love the car man. at least your stock "system" has a sub hahahahaha. i can't wait to see what you do with the system in that
-
i knew these existed but have never seen someone own it. i've seen companies and such but damn is that going to be nice
-
yeah Northeast Detroit! you're braver than i am. i won't go outside for longer than 10 minutes to do anything haha
-
from the first post, i thought the w3 was going to do sub duties. so the background info of the T1 in the trunk is very helpful. who really knows what you want if you don't tell us everything.
-
works for me too must be a detroit thing haha
-
nice! how are you going to arrange them?
-
sorry, posted then saw the clicky... my apologies kind sir
-
very impressive work right there. seeing your build has made me think about doing similar just so i gain my trunk space back
-
i meant literally where did you get them. no one locally has them and i can't find them online.
-
found it while trying to show my buddy what handcrafted did to his truck. saw what everyone here was about and decided its time to walk away from other audio places..... i am a do it yourselfer but don't want to be told i'm wrong by the diy crowd. so i moved in here.

i think this would be a cool idea but the problem being that its already december 7 which means we'd have all of 10 days to buy whatever it may be and i currently have no money. i just started work and have not collected my first paycheck so.... keep it in mind for other holidays or whatever.

Jonathan's 1994 Camry Wagon build. | Video(s) on page 22!

nice equipment choices. good luck with the install. i understand the minimum wage aspect. i get Michigan minimum wage with 20-30 hours if i work weekends. can't wait for the install of them -
where did you get the mids from? they look great in the custom pods.
-
i concur. but whats the problem?
-
that is true and why i ask the questions. living in an area of completely pre-fab boxes makes me forget about all the great possibilities.
-
now i have a question. are you going to be sealing up all the holes in the tailgate? like where the wiring and such comes in or leave it open? i've though about doing this in my chevy blazer but have a lot of holes i'd have to seal up that doesn't appeal to me to much.

looks like that'll be a lot of fun
