You don't have to have a nice box, or a wall.... just use your imagination and come up with an enclosure for you subs, such as a Trash Can

110 volts to each coil The surround was probably 150 degrees when I first cut it open! I let it sit for a couple hours and it was still to hot to pull it out of the wooden cradle http://youtu.be/XglfJ10tryA -

Lol@ Chuck!! Ways to waste a day at Slamology 101 @cableguy- nothing was wrong with the sub, it's only 1 of 4 in the US from Russia. The motors were sold so it was gonna be easier to ship just motor rather than whole sub. So why not have some fun @Shizzzon ... Yeah Jamy has the battery from up front, picked it up at a local business who had your car still. Battery's still holding a charge -

I need to delete this one... I had an old page open and I hit post on it. -
Lol Slow process... Lots of other boxes going out at the same time. Little time to work on my own projects

Between all the funeral things we had going on this week, I managed to get one of the port baffles cut, drilled, and ready to get the port and flares installed.

When I had the coils wired as one, it continuously popped the 30 amp breaker. I just stood by the box and kept resetting it for about 5 minutes. After that I said F it and wired up each coil to a seperate 30amp breaker

Not sure what the subs are getting built into now, with the right parts they will be undestructable though. That 4" coil that was in it took some abuse

Theres another video on my youtube channel of me doing some testing with it when I first got it... Ended up getting a 148 sealed on music with a single 12

Actually the motor was being sold as just that, just a motor. So Figured I'd have a little fun with it before it was shipped off. Plus easier to ship with just the motor and not basket anyways
