I am looking at the Rockford Fosgate T500-1bdCP amp to power my two Fi X 12" subwoofers (without the BP opton). It will be wired @2 ohms. The box meets Fi's requirements and is vented. Will this amp match the subwoofers and get full potential out of my X's? This is my first system. I'm not sure how many speakers to get to compliment my subwoofers. I was thinking four 6 1/2" component speakers for the doors (amplified of course). Is this enough or will the subwoofers over power the mids/highs? The speakers are Rockford Fosgate Power T1652-S.

Would you recommend I get the BP option then?
