Haven't decided if I want to cover it yet or not, I kinda like the wood look but if I do I plan to use this vinyl type stuff that looks kinda like a leather for your seats in like a grey or black. Found at like fabric stores on the large rolls.

Ok, is there anything I would need to do or change? I already sent the money via paypal last week and wasn't sure how long it usually took or if you guys email us about orders. I know I ordered a large so just let me know. I wasn't sure how the process worked and if it was like a next day type thing or took like a week.

I sent money for a t-shirt last week and just wanted to double check on it since you guys have been so busy lately! no rush, just making sure the money wasn't lost in the craziness Wanna wear it when I show off my new 4 sa10's and saz 3000d I just purchased 2 weeks ago Thanks for all your hard work!!

I just installed 4-SA 10's and am using my bro's speaker amp bridged until my SAZ 3000 gets here, lets just say im putting like 50-75 watts to each one box tuned at like 33-34hz on lows my roof is flexing and my water in my water bottle is going ballistic.. this like like 200-300wrms total Rofl.. So 2 of these things at 6-700 a piece will destroy! ( thats what im planning with my 3000d about 700x4 subs

He kinda doesn't let us use their shop tools... Lol they don't want to risk us messing anything up since that is him and his dad's whole career and life. He pretty much wont let us use like the expensive tools Lol, but yeah I was just sucking up some saw dust because it was flying in our eyes! Rofl. It looks better when he does it anyway because he cuts out circles like a pro.

I haven't decided for sure yet. I originally planned on cutting out a whole and placing a sheet of thick lexan which is like acrylic but wont crack, to make like a window type thing to where you can see the woofers inside and Install L.e.d.'s in there to make it glowing, also thought about putting the Sundown logo on the window thingy.

Im taking all the pics for the most part, a few were taken by my Gf. Guy in blue shirt is my friend who owns the shop we do all the work in ( he basically does all the work because he knows what he is doing. ) Kid in grey is my other friend, Not sure if im pictured but wearing blue shorts/red shirt. Im basically just helping him anyway I possibly can lol.

Pics of the box build!!

oznium is the best site for those. They ship super fast and only one time did my order get lost, but when I called they sent a new set next day the replacement was on my front porch! Great customer service and great products.

Sounds fun! I would love to see a turbo civic! I haven't got to experience riding in one yet.. Always wanted to turbo mine, but its too late in its life that it wouldn't be worth sinking money into. I'll def get pics up of the box. I am going to run my 0awg knu wire and hook up rear batt that I got from RAM sometime this week while I wait for the amp to get here.. ( hopefully this week ) it said 7-10 business days and tuesday would be 10 so it should ship out tomorrowish

Make a terminal to connect the two boxes to each other internally. I had a box that I bought used where someone actually had done that to it previously.

I am seriously like dying. I ordered my amp from db-r 12 days (8-9 business days!!) ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. Actually I don't think I've even heard anything about it yet really. Ugh I am dying to get this thing install so I can hear my subs!!! I'll try to put up pics later of the sub box build!! We build the box LAST weekend and it is SEXY!! Right now ( all week ) I have had to listen to them with my brothers old crappy Speaker amp bridged.. It probably puts out like a whole 250w... rofl. Its like 560w max which means like 200rms im sure. I had to hook something up too them to at least see how they sound a little because I would be dead waiting for my SAZ-3000d without any amp at all. Does DB-r usually email or keep you updated at all? its been like 2 weeks since ordering want power bad!

How do you find good ground with dmm? ....
Jd377 posted a topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I've been searching and not finding exactly what I wanted.... Im trying to figure out how to find a good ground in my car for my rear batts and I know people use DMM's to test spots but I wasn't sure how? like which setting on the dmm and what do you touch the probes to?.. I dont understand rofl. I tried a bunch of different things but wasn't really sure what I was doing. -

So Can it be longer than 3ft for the ground wire... I have a spot that I was using for a ground in my trunk, but my new batt location would be about ~5ft from there?.. is 5-6ft run for a ground too long...?... -

Alright, so I set it to ohms but then do I just touch the neg end to my Rear batt - post and then touch the other side to the point I want to test? I touched it all over and it would go to 0.00 lots of time and if I put both probes up in the air it reads 1.00 a couple times it would say like 0.08 on a few places. Sound normal? Can I just use the bolt that my driver seat is bolted down with to ground rear batt?.. I dont know where to ground if it has to be 3ft< because the trunk is maybe 3ft at the very beginning of the trunk so I cant reach the metal back their very easy, and im scared ill hit the gas tank if I drill the closest trunk ( right behind rear seats if I fold them down slightly ) -
Looks sick bro!! That is nice flex on those babies! I would imagine there is a lot more flex on your car than the camera picks up because those things are going ballistic!

That's the thing, what is "the obvious" I've never -really- seen it, just how it's portrayed in society. (black guys where they wear the top of their pants near their knees, bandana in the back pocket, large white T, and dew rags with a flatbill) lol. Lol, Come to Kansas City and you see black guys with dew rags, flat bills and pants on their feet everywhere you go. It's normal to me now after living here 8 years. My friends put bandana's in their back pockets rofl.. and they aren't even black.

B&W setting on camera I assume. I did the same once to help the camera focus easier in low light since it's dark in there.

Alternator and Battery question
Jd377 replied to slim142's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I have the upgraded version of that charger ( in the walmart link ) its like the marine version and it charges AGM batts and shows the % of battery that is charged. It works wonderful on my 2 kinetik batts that I have installed. Charges pretty quick too. i think it has a 15 or 20a option but also has lower like 10 and 5a -
I purchased a Sundwn 3000d last week and will be getting it in soon. I was just curious about what Size fuse I would need to run from rear battery to amp? 150a, 200a, or 250a? I currently have 150a fuses from my sundown 1200amp that I use to own. Now that I upgraded to the 3000d sundown, I wasn't sure what size fuse to run between this amp and rear batt.

Bought a Battery, Got it in 2 days, Packaged better than I have ever seen anything packaged that I have bought in the audio/car world. Would Definitely Buy from again! A++++ Btw the battery is in great shape too! Just as described.

What fuse Size do I need?
Jd377 replied to Jd377's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I ordered 2 250a fuses and 2 300 amp fuses. Which would be best to run from front to rear battery? The 250 or 300a fuses? I put one near front batt and one right before rear batt
