sorry for the slowness. i FINALLY got my laptop back from HP. (my HD crashed) it only been like 8months too. ugh... Anyways, i got my front stage done. ill post pics a lil later tonight. i mounted the xovers in my door panel pockets. look pretty good. i could have done beter on the hole which the wires run thru. i know how there is people sayin use rear fill, dont use rear fill, use it etc etc... well i dont think i will be. it sounds so good right now. now as for bridging the amp for the front comps... im not sure about that. i have my gain about a 3rd of the way up. and bass about a 4th way up. and cant go past about 22 on most songs w/o being distorted. now, i have never tuned an amp, or anything like that. so maybe i have one too high? im not sure. maybe someone could chime in. but they do sound AWESOME. soo.... Bravox comps ~ A Zed/Boss rev-665 ~ A Knu 8ga Klear amp kit ~ B. kit was perfect... except for the remote wire being connected to the RCAs. so i had already ran it from thr HU and tucked it before i npoticed that the remote wire is on the opposite side of the RCAs. so i pretty much had to pull the remote wire off from the RCAs. well, in the process of doing that, i tore the sleeve on the rem wire. so i had to use electrical tape to patch that up. but anyways... everything turned out good. pics later. o man. this thing is a beast. and of course, less than a month after i get my XCON, this comes around. lol. its ok, ill be fine with a XCON . just need a amp.

Are u saying the amp is 85wx4 peak? On the group buy thread is says Rms. Bravox speakers are 80 Rms. And in my wagon, my rear speakers are on my hatch. Behind where my sub will be.

Im going to try both ways. I will Probly put the rears in and keep them in untill I get my amp for my XCON. Then if I like them with the sub, the ill keep them. If I don't then ill bridge the amp for the components. If I were to bridge them later... would I still need the 2nd rca? Or a splitter? Sorry if these r" simple" questions for you guys. This is my first install whatsoever. thanks.

Sooo... I took advantage of the black today sale and I ordered a xcon18" D2. And I can either get the new sundown 1500D ($400 shipped NEW). Or find a new 2000D ($? Used/refurb). What would you recomend? (Based solely on either 250 over or under...) im not to worried about the little price difference if there is one. I think that im leaning towards the 2000d . Just because 250 more watts on a 1750watt sub doesn't seem like that much more. Problem is finding one. Db-r doesn't have any now. Will be ordering it in december some time. Just want opinions. I guess ill go ahead and let you guys know this is my very first system. And install of any kind(never have even installeda HU. Lol) .look for a build log soon. Got alot of stuff sitting in my rroom waiting to be installed. Details( if needed) Car- 1994Toyota Camry Wagon Optimal enclosure rap/hiphop is what I listen to.
